People play Ahri because while it may not be easy to do well with her, her ulti makes it so it's very hard to do bad with her so you get an somewhat inflated KDR and we all know KDR is everything /sarcasm. She also has big boobs.

Overall it's probably a change that screwed us over, but I'm just saying don't expect a new champ for anything less. I don't mind this expect they haven't lowered the IP of any champs for months now. The last set of reductions were mid-Oct (Karthus and Twitch). There are several champions that should no longer be 6300 - Ezreal, Kennen, and Malzahar come to mind.

To be fair to the earlier argument, Fizz got nerfed because people actually did play him on release. I don't know how strong Volibear is, I hadn't heard anyone call him super OP. Xerath is stupid though and I dunno if more people aren't playing him because he's boring to play as (my opinion) or if people feel he's too reliant on his ult. edit: Xerath is not hard to play as. He has more range than release Orianna and very easy to land skill shots. i am on the side of him simply being boring for the majority of the lol population to play. This certainly isn't a first, it happened to Galio some time after his release, I remember there was a long period in which it was generally acknowledged that galio was a very strong champion, but hardly anyone played him because of how boring he was to play. in part, i kinda blame it on xerath's spell animations. It's kinda tricky to deal with lightning in video games (from what i've seen), i really only ever see it as being really meaty or really feathery with no real in-between. IMO xerath falls into the feathery group, there's just no weight behind anything he does really (note: from a purely subjective standpoint), and they just end up looking like poofs of white fuzz. Granted, this could be due to me playing on lowest settings, but i also use the same settings for malzahar (the only ap i play with any form of regularity/skill), and i have to say that his spells are significantly more gratifying from a visceral standpoint. Xerath on the other hand, looks more like ryze autoattacks than anything else.

I don't know, that's not right, but he just doesn't have any visual appeal at all to me.

I feel a lot like you about Xerath's Q, it seems to lack, in animation, in simply raw kicking power and it makes him kinda bland to play. Take say Brand, he makes the fucking ground shoot up in a blazing inferno, when you hit something with it it's like..yea burn fucker burn!

Hotshot or Jiji stream | ||

Not bad as in skill, but like the biggest assholes in the game. 90% of the Twitches I play with are completely terrible people who blame everything on other players and take credit for every kill and gank, no matter what. I know that's just how this community is sometimes, but it always seems to gravitate toward Twitch, Trynd, and Xin. No, I don't think it's like that, people just like to pull patterns out of thin air.
