EPTI am creating this guide to show everyone how you can create an account on TW and play on the server as well.
Steps:
1) Go to http://lol.garena.tw/index/index.php, to start we will register an account. Pretty simple, just click on the "REGISTER" button that is luckily in English!

2) On the next page is the registration. The first box is for your email, the second is for your user name, and the third and fourth are for your password. The box it wants you to check off is just the TOS or w/e. Click the big black box once you have finished filling in your information.
Note: You will not receive a conformation email, so do not worry if one doesn't come.

3) Now go back to http://lol.garena.tw/index/index.php, and this time click on the "DOWNLOAD" button.

4) On the page that pops up, there will be two orange boxes next to each other, you will want to click on the one on the left. This will download the "LoLTWInstaller.exe".

5) Once you finish downloading, run the .exe and click the box in the bottom right hand corner, and it will download the full game installer to the directory that it says.

6) Once the downloader has finished, you can go into the directory of where it says it downloaded it to, and run that new .exe.

7) After you have finished running the installer, you should now have 2 different folders in your program files. Garena Plus, and GarenaLoLTW. Open up the GarenaLoLTW folder, and you will see the "LoLTWLauncher" .exe. Double click that!

8) You should get a program called Garena that opens up and wants you to login. Login using your account information you used when you created your account in Step 2. Once you have entered your User Name and Password, click the box that says "Garena" to login.

9) After you successfully login, there should be a box with Katrina on the left hand column of the client window. Clicking that will toggle open a side window.

10) To launch into the League of Legends TW client, click on the box in the bottom right hand corner of the side window.

And that is how you set-up an account, and launch into the TW LoL client!

[Notes]
- Friends you add in game, will show up on your friends list on the Garena client.
- Do not change your Garena client language, or else you won't be able to launch LoL.
