So the 1.0 AD ratio isn't all that huge. By itself at least, no idea how she will play out as a whole. 45 sec CD on her ult? Seems like grabbing 40% CDR would be pretty epic: 27 sec cooldown @ 40% CDR. But the cooldown probably only starts after the ult ends 15 sec later so it would be a lot worse? | ||
