Dblade -> Mercs -> Phage into Trinity -> Last Whisper -> Hexdrinker
I know it's definitely not the best build, but it worked out pretty nicely for me with defensive seals/glyphs/quints :D.

(too bad trynd still can't do that) The changes really evened out his early game so that he can heal some even if zoned. I like. | ||

They evened out his early game so that he can auto minions vs a caitlyn who constantly harrasses you and you outheal her. | ||

1) Base stat buff to make him a better jungler. He had no place in lane right now. Jungle is the most sensible place for him to be, and he has a good kit for it (autoattack timer reset, small aspd steroid, stealth, gap closer)--but he has too much trouble on reasonable jungle routes. 2) Buff the damage or scaling on ultimate. As it stands it has worse damage and worse scaling than Garen's E. Just like Leona's ult, it just doesn't feel "ultimate" enough in comparison to regular abilities. | ||

but whats the difference between taking solo top and solo mid? i would assume that the more vulnerable would take top since ganks would typically come from just one route, whereas mid can be jumped on from either side. yet i see that sustainable champs are freefarming top and typically strong AP going mid. so i guess the better question is why go top over mid (or vice versa) edit: also can you explain On July 28 2011 03:48 Two_DoWn wrote: If top lane wasnt completely broken atm he would be decent. As for top lane and tanky dps: tanks are outdated in lol. Why play a tank who does no damage when you can play a character who can tank just as well, have more cc in most cases, and can do way more damage. Not to mention that most tanky dps have either shields or some form of sustain, which makes them VERY hard to lane against unless you have a shield or sustain yourself. And the monkey king has neither, so he cant compete. | ||

Mid lane has a lot of influence over dragon. This makes AP Burst casters with CC like Annie good because during the early-mid game where you contest dragon AP Burst casters are really lethal because people normally don't have much MRes and most casters rush Rabadons or something. The CC also influences teamfights heavily. Unless you counter pick to win the lane, say with Akali. Solo top only has one path from the river which means heavy pushers like Teemo or Nid have a great time since they can control that once entrance and push hard. EU double AP means you just put another AP caster here but generally they have a way to influence dragon fights. For example, Karthus Global means he can just stay top lane and still have 4.5 v 4 at dragon, Malz top generally take teleport for teleward ganks/fights. Tanky DPS is generally very sustainable and win lanes a lot so they're always good for a solo lane. Then there's always counter picks with the aim of winning lane. I hope that made sense. Maybe. | ||

Hey, garens E only takes bonus dmg into account while monkey kings takes all dmg, it actually does deal more dmg unless garen has like 6 bloodthirsters fully stacked | ||
