It makes a lot less difference than you think, since rank 1 Q is on such a long cd and you'd be getting W next anyway. But yeah, like Ryuu said lvl 1 Vlad sucks at laning regardless. :p | ||

It makes no difference really considering you last hit with autos anyway for the first lvls regardless..... But lvl 1 pool is really useful in lvl 1 fights to slow all and most vlads take flash too so they're pretty safe even after using pool offensively in a lvl 1 teamfight. | ||
