Ryze doesn't seem so good compaired to say vlad when single target sustained damage is kinda what ranged AD do nowadays. People saying garen sucks usually just haven't tried him imo. He beats almost anyone in a lane and has pretty decent damage with his awesome ult. He doesn't need to 1 combo a carry to be viable really, as long as he crushes his lane. | ||

I haven't met a team who will have blitz and poppy or other double stun/rape bot lane that doesn't get put together and the ranged sent mid or top. If you have the taric/garen or alistar/sion lane you want you'll probably get it, it's just most people don't play blitz/sion/alistar/poppy but if someone does just offer to play a combo lane with them. | ||
