(if it bonuses per-level aspd, skill steroid aspd, etc... and how) AFAIK, the bonus AP is applied to AP gained from all sources. So if you had 1000 AP, you'd get a free 40 AP. The AS bonus is calculated from your current AS minus your lvl 1 AS. So, mathematically speaking, this is a very late-game orientated mastery that only really starts becoming useful once you have a crazy load of extra stats.

It will not affect things like Sheen that work off your base AD though.
Also Summoners, if you're graduating this year and looking for a job, you might want to consider a job at Riot.

They wouldn't have wasted the time typing the text "increases ability power" if that were the case.

Quick question. How long does it generally take for a new skin (Battleborn Kayle, Cottontail Teemo) to go on sale?

Off the top of my head, generally skins 5+ months old or those that are not terribly popular go on sale. Don't quote me on this though, have to check statistics.

I have never seen a legendary skin go on sale before, only the ones that are already super cheap and look kinda ugly.

Are there any resources to learn how to get better? I'm at the point where I'm doing everything that I know correctly, but the problem is that I don't know much. I've been watching a lot of streams, but there's a lot of game sense and decision making that I can't learn from simply watching streams. So where did you guys learn how to be good?

The point of support + carry bot lane is that champions like Ashe, Caitlyn, MF etc...get most of their strength from items not levels. You can get as much farm on these champions bot lane as you can mid so their damage should be similar. This opens up two solo lanes meaning you can run champions that scale better with levels like AP carries, tanks, Irelia etc..
There are other advantages too, for example it's actually pretty hard to roam against these setups. Not many champions can actually hold tower 1v2 against ranged dps + support. Annoying champions like Singed, Poppy are basically not viable unless you are going to dedicate a babysitter to help them, and if the carry is MF even that is not an option. In terms of two tanks bot against carry/support, the tanks basically have to be able to chain cc and kill them or they lose the lane. On US solo q where you basically have two random champions bot, they get dominated by carry/support.
In the past, double stun lanes were stronger than they are now, so it was more viable to beat carry/support. I think that has changed now which is why all the top teams including clg/solomid are running carry/support bot.

There are setups that destroy carry support, even if the constant changes to 1v2 lanes to destroy jungles have had a large mitigating effect on this. IMO carry support is actually more vulnerable for the carry: having 3 possible cc/damage sources on a gank is much more dangerous than having a jungle come in for a gank on a solo lane.
IMO the entire style would get destroyed by an aggressive jungle like shaco, nocturne, or nunu. The roaming style that US teams seem to favor are just terrible to run against carry support though: carry support is a natural counter to roaming, so it plays into the hands of the other team.
Best way to beat carry support is to just have hard cc and someone relatively more tanky who can zone.

I only ever see CLG and SoloMid run carry/support bot when they play European teams. Otherwise they run three solos, jungler, and roamer.
They can't really run a solo vs. carry/support lane without forcing the roamer to gank bot always.

10K Challenge completed (Get 10K Gold before buying any items that aren't gp5, boots, or potions) They were trying to hard to stop me with a 5 man gank bot but I showed them by ulting those creeps

A ranged DPS still needs levels. And no, you typically get more farm if you are mid. You can only win bottom as DPS + support by harrassing your enemies enough that they can't risk trying to burst you anymore. That takes time and is going to cut into your farm. Then you have to retreat every time a jungler shows up because the burst of 3 enemies is usually way too much for a DPS or support. That's also going to cut into your farm.

Ranged DPS need levels for the extra health going into midgame. Doran's blades are all well and good but it's better if the ranged dps is higher lvl so they can hit like a truck while being harder to kill. Tanks put all their gold into health + armor + MR so don't need the levels as bad.

Grim Reaper Karthus was kinda cool and went on sale this week, which managed to get me to drop 10 dollars and get some RP.
Now to wait for Veigar Greybeard...
Anyone know if Veigar Greybeard has gone on sale before? Chances of it happening again soon? @@

He wasn´t on sale before but there is no "system" to sales - or it´d miss the point which is to trigger impulse buys.
