Swifites, barely escaped from that rupture? Ow shit the guy with Mercs didnt make it. Akali just barely out of range for her R? Ow shit the guy with Mercs is too close. There are PLENTY of situations where Swifties > Merc for survival, especially on long range champs. Swifties also have offensive qualities on champs that want to squeeze skillshots past the tank line because you just get into a better position faster. They are a great chasing tool on some champs, especially those who continuously attack while chasing. Unlike Mobilities you get the higher movespeed even while in combat. Ghost and other MSpd buffs have a greater effect if you have Swifties instead of some other T2 boots. I like Swifties on Ashe very much. They go perfectly with my Volley spam. I also like them on Poppy because it allows me to get that E off in a good spot (and I also run MSpd quints and masteries, which further amplifies the effect). Other than those 2 I don't think I use them very much. I guess if I played Singed I would get them at times. They might be the "worst" boots in the game under whatever definition, but they certainly have their place. I sure wouldn't mind them being a bit cheaper though :p | ||

i get it only sometimes on zil, but mostly because i cant tell you how many times ive been running towards a teammate to ult them, only to be barely out of range. mybe im just lucky/crazy, but i feel like when i run swifties that happens less often | ||
