I ran into this ad today on the subway.
You can't see it in this picture, but it's advertising something called the "Orgasmatron Headscratcher". I believe there were some lines about "Indescribable pleasure", and possibly something involving vibrations, I'm too tired to recall exactly.

I'm sure these things exist pretty much everywhere. I've seen a bunch in Paris (although I've never seen any ads^^). Don't think they're found in sex shops because of their name though, they really are quite standard.

It's about 14-15~$ here, so not really expensive. It was advertised alongside other products from that company too.

Pretty standard product. Bought my gf (now ex) one for her birthday a few weeks ago. The company is called Orgasmatron and the original Orgasmatron was basically a head massager. The one I bought her is the upgrade called the Trembler which vibrates as it does it. I'd recommend them, great to have at parties or just lying around, cheap and a very good gift because everyone likes them and they don't cost much.
