The white lad is getting the standard sentence for punching, and the korean is getting the standard sentence for breaking a kids nose. The teasing and bullying also has results. I think there should be a little extra in there for mocking and making fun of the korean lad. Nevertheless, we don't expell every student who makes fun of another student, we'd lose every boy in middle school otherwise. And for those of you who think otherwise, a little clarification about fighting back. You're allowed to fight back ONLY IF there is no other option. This means, you couldn't get out of the situation in some other way. I don't know the particulars of this fight, but I doubt the Korean boy was in a situation where he could not have ran to an administrator and reported the issue. The white kid is a little bastard and I'm glad his nose is broken, but it shouldn't be broken. | ||

A friend of mine from high school actually has certification saying that his body is classified as a deadly weapon, so if he were to beat someone up, he'd be in much more trouble than the average kid in a school yard scrap. | ||
