This happened recently and caught my attention while I was watching TV. Initially it was just some brief news caption then I dug a little deeper on the internet and found the whole story.
A Korean boy was called a F@#$ing Chinese in gym class by a white classmate and the white classmate punched him in the mouth and caused bleeding then the Korean kid fought back broke his nose then he was the only one charged with assault and expulsion while the white kid got suspension. Later on, some 400+ kids in the school whom are majority white protested for injustice and unfair treatment which made the police reopen the case and assigned a hate crime unit to it.
To me I can see where the cops are coming from, if you get assaulted, you shouldn't fight back, instead call cops and let them handle it. But from fairness point of view the white kid who started this and he also assaulted and is the aggrevator in this case, why isn't he charged and facing expulsion?
It bothers me alot when someone moves to another country, working hard and doing nothing but living life and get beaten up, yet wind up as the guilty. WHERE IS THE FUCKING JUSTICE.
Just something to add, the Korean kid was also voted the 'World's Best Person' on MSNBC's Countdown With Keith Olbermann on Thursday night.

At least he can be happy with the knowledge of beating the shit out of the white kid

Well I'm curious to know if the Korean boy did anything to illicit that response from the white kid, but if there was nothing serious then yeah the korean had every right to defend himself. That is, so long as it was defense and not immediate revenge.

I hate the injustice, there's still racism in the world and it pisses me off to no end.

:edit: Im fucking stupid. :edit: Fight the baddies!
|
Yeah its extremely unfair but what can you do? Racism is obvious everywhere in the world. Obviously they're gonna be harsher on the Asian kid because he's not white
Hope they fix this screwed up issue

Ah yes he got high marks on all of his classes, because we all know that only below average students can get into fights!
Both of them should be charged with assault, that is pretty obvious. Yes it is a hate crime but the article just spins it to even more with the entire "He knows martial arts and gets good grades omgewd!" angle.

there is no justice kid. justice is only served by the controlling elite to themselves.

I don't think whether someone is black belt or not really matters
1. Because being black belt means zero in a real fight. Unless its a very uncommon martial arts like Muay Thai kickboxing where it really does help you in real life, black belt in karate / Tae kwon Do doesn't mean jack.
2. Whether someone spent their time toughening themselves up to protect themselves matters? If a 200 lb guy protected himself from a 100 lb guy ( who initiated the fight), is it wrong for the 200 lb guy to fight back just because he's bigger than the other guy? Can't help being born / raised like that

One of my students at work just got expelled from his school (he's a senior who got accepted to UCLA) just because his white peers accused him of something - hazing i think it was? He got into a fight because the kids were taunting him, (like this scenario) and then the kids all ganged up on him saying that he psychologically was abusing them. with no warning, no talking-to, he was expelled from school. He's currently filing a lawsuit because the administrators (all white) refuse to let him even get his diploma to graduate, messing up his college plans. And the kids who started all this? They were his "victims" apparently, although they are the ones who instigated shit by verbally abusing him and pushing him around.
Ah, America.

Wow lilsusie, I feel bad for him.
So the white students that called for injustice were saying it was injustice for the white guy or the Korean?Btw, epic name lol
Edit: Nvm, just figured out
The boy, whose marks included 96% in science, 94% in French, and 90% in math, must now appear in a youth court on May 13.
What, a B in math for an asian?? OMGZ
jk

Exactly, most fights is just two guys wrestling eachother on the ground until they get tired. The only reason its even mentioned cuz whoever wrote that article has the same stupid stereotypes as the kid that striked first.
Hey guys, the article didnt mention this but the white kid liked baseball and cheeseburgers. Useful information.

Both can be charged with assault, and both are guilty. Both can be charged with battery and both are guilty. I think if we took away the broken nose, we wouldn't have an issue here.
The school obviously thinks breaking a kids nose is worse than punching a kid in the face. Schools can't expell every lad who gets into a fight, but it is reasonable to expell a student who breaks another students nose. Frankly I think the little white bastard deserved it, but the young Korean lad is far from innocent and meets the requirements to have his punishment. The rallying just shows how fucking retarded people are.

Huh? I think you underestimate just how easy it is to break someones nose when you give them a good punch to the face.
I'm pretty sure the white kid hit hard enough to cause a broken nose but just didn't hit the kids nose the right way... You should be looking for intent here. If there was intent to cause harm, bam assault charge (assuming they went through with it... which they did)
Also if someone attacks you then you have EVERY right to fight back. You can pretty much be assured you aren't going to get beat to death in a school setting but you never really know. To just stay there and say "well call the police" is only said by people that haven't been jumped before.

EDIT: I'm stupid, nevermind.

I'd take whatever battery/assault charge they throw on me knowing that I at least got one good punch. The only 2 people that I know that never hit back were Jesus and Gandhi...and if you have that kind of restraint you are a very extrodinary human being. But for everyone else, hit back.

"It bothers me alot when someone moves to another country, working hard and doing nothing but living life and get beaten up, yet wind up as the guilty. WHERE IS THE FUCKING JUSTICE."
this is pretty lol
are you aware that america/canada are the absolute nicest countries in the world for immigrants? if you are white and living in an asian country the racism is absolutely overwhelming, you can not expect in any way to live any kind of normal life, and everything is your fault i can't believe someone like susie who has lived in korea and america can come here and spout nonsense about america being in any way a worse place for minorities to live in than korea
just random shit i have seen in korea: i was coming back to korea and at the airport they had about ~70 vietnamese people that were obviously being imported as slave labor to work in the factories up north near the dmz... the viets were being screamed at and hit by customs agents
koreans backed by the police import south east asian girls on the premise of being dancers to work in brothels for sleezy salaryman
sometimes i'll try to go to some places and they'll tell me "korean only", so ill be like what why, and they'll say oh one time a white guy came here and had a fight or something retarded
lol
if american businesses did that, they'd get sued if america started importing slave labor, the world would go fucking nuts even half koreans trying to go to school in korea end up committing suicide for all the abuse they get from insanely racist LITTLE KIDS taught by their parents to hate everything not korean
god i could go on but its pointless if you have lived this long and not realized such a simple truth. we have a black president ffs, i've never seen so many stupid posts in such a short amount of time
