If curves aren't enough, a facial comparison renders one as a FAS sufferer and the other as a normal human being. Alyson ftw.

All it takes to reach high ranks is playing time. If anyone actually cares here is my account when I played Halo 3 casually with my friends when they forced me into buying that game. (Note: I am not bragging about my Halo "skills" at all, infact my stats are pretty bad as well considering the online difficulty of that game) http://www.bungie.net/stats/Halo3/CareerStats.aspx?player=The Shivaz yeah, i agree that the ranking system is not perfect, although she has got there through 'highest skill' rather than just mass games. but like you said 0.98 K/D isnt great. She would probably 'destroy' alot of the rest who dont know how to BR, although i think Mark and Jamal know what they are doing. We shall see though, hopefully next episode. We arent gonna be seeing any clutch sniping though lol. Your stats are pretty nice.

And for Alyson, her H3 stats aren't really impressive. I would say a very large number of people are better than her. Plus, Halo 3 is much more of a team game. As a side note: here is an account of arguably the best player right now (at least the highest rated) http://www.bungie.net/stats/Halo3/CareerStats.aspx?player=T2 is RIPPIN http://www.bungie.net/Stats/Halo3/CareerStats.aspx?player=Nin9tyNin9&player2=T2 is RIPPIN I suppose as a show that's trying to showcase many different types of games, it could be worse but it's still not really worth watching in my opinion.

Lol, obviously she was never going to match up to Tsquared. I just wanted to see if she could actually BR.

Dante is a video game tester, nuff said. Mark is another guy who has never won anything, but he seems like a cool dude and he's done well so far. Chelsea is decent at Quake and CS from the videos I've seen, but she's certainly not going to beat any of the guys at the top. Jamal is a nobody. He says he's a SC2 champ? I can name everyone in the soul calibur community worth a damn from SC1 to SC4 and he isn't any of them. Ciji is the shit at rhythm games. Everyone knows who she is in that community. I've got a buddy that plays a bunch there and he loves her. Swoozie is hilarious and also awesome. Also his myspace is maybe one of the most well designed websites ever for one dude. He's also really fucking good at DoA. Rob is legit but he's overhyped on the show. He's got skills, but he's not at the top of any particular game. He's more the kind of guy this show should have looked for, but not as far as his "look" goes at least.

Ep. 3 spoilers below: + Show Spoiler + I think iNc wasn't practicing PGR4 because he was kinda sure Dante wouldn't pick him, and even if he does the worst in the Isolation Challenge, he can't be last overall (maybe they even had a pact about it, which was cut out - just guesswork). I mean, come on. After Dante going like "hey ima rock this shit, I've been drifting and my specialty is racing games" then failing totally, only to get carried by iNc? It would be shameless, even for him to pick Geoff - especially since he's worried about other competitors, namely Jamal and Robert. Second reason would be the emotional loss of Kelly, of course. I don't think that part is (too) overhyped on the show. If you knew point one, and added point two, you get point three: iNc doesn't practice but recollects himself. About the questionable skill-displays. You try performing in front of that much people with 100k bucks at stake. Hell I've been to many a WCG prelims in front of a big audience, and it gets to me - no doubt it would get to you, scrubby casuals as much as you talk yourself up because of SC, or whatever else home results you have. And anyways, at least a handful of them are legit. Especially Robert and Dante (though nerves get to him a lot) seem to be good all-around gamers. Ciji seems to learn really fast, and that deserves props (I mean, look at Mark failing Isolation, at least Ciji could put the practice into reality). Geoff doesn't seem to be a good all-around gamer, but he makes up for it with destroying IRL challanges so far. And I think these genres were his weak spots as well (though I think it's natural that a serious BW player has holes in overall gaming skills, given how much practice our beloved game needs). Maybe he'll do better in game challenges later on, too. At least he wasn't picked up as a threat by anyone yet, even though they should notice (I don't think Chelsea wanted her out because she saw him as a threat, more like she feels uncomfortable near her - remember when she jumped away in Ep 2 when iNc was celebrating ![]() I think noone sees him as a threat so far because the contestants are solely focused on the gaming aspect of this show. The thing is, if you carry your weight in IRL challenge, and you aren't making anyone angry, it's not a problem if you're not so good at the so far displayed games, you can make it without being noticed. That's how iNc's rollin' so far. Oh well, that kinda got long, but there I gave my honest opinion. As much as I don't like Robert so far, I think he would be the best suited for winning this, as he's the closest to being ultimately all-round. Second would be Jamal, and the third would be Dante. But of course, we're rooting for Geoff, aren't we? ![]()
