I think you misread my post. In the video, they unveil a REAL guitar. Obviously the challenge is in 2 parts. Being able to do it for real and being able to do it in guitar hero. Someone who plays guitar in real life has a massive advantage not in the guitar hero part, but the RL guitar part as the learning curve of a real instrument is soo much greater than that of a game.

at :54 of the video it doesnt look like InCOntrol made the top 4, only 4 players standing and she said "this weeks game". So to me it alrdy looks like we know who the top 4 is. Any1 else notice this?

They are playing halo 3 in teams of 4 by the looks. You can see that there are at least 3 ppl on the red team in 1 shot. And at the end of the video there are 4 ppl wearing blue that are running towards the camera which looks like footage from the same challenge.
EDIT: Also the 4 people that are shown at 54 seconds are the same 4 people wearing blue that run towards the camera at the end.

That reaction is probably edited. All these reality shows are like this. Just watch any reality show when anyone is having a serious conversation and you will see people's reactions recorded from previous moments. It's really stupid, and I thought obvious (but apparently not).
It's funny because you can actually see continuity errors often when they do this shit. Guy will be leaning one way, then have a reaction sitting straight up. Or their clothes will be jostled a different way.
