my brother is 6 5 and he has been smoking/drinking/not exercising since he was 14, really doesnt make enough of a difference for you to change anything. | ||

i'm 14, and i'm pretty close to 5'11"-6' so it's not all genetics. though i've only grown a total of about 2-3 inches in the past 2-3 years. | ||

my mom is like 5'2 my brother and i come from a pretty low class family so our diet is meh lol but he's 5'11 and i'm 5'8 (we're asian btw) i guess its genetics? diet sure helps too. | ||

my dad is 5'11 my mother is 5'7ish i was 5'2 then i grew to 5'8 in one summer(3monthes). so you wanna know how? i ate burgerking every other day...i ate like 5 eggs every day...drinking milk doesn't do anything that's like saying "if you wanna get smarter, eat brains..." milk does help but to a certain extent. Oh yeah when i grew 6inches 1 summer. i also gained like 10 pounds hahaha but then i worked out...just eat a shitload of food everyday dog | ||
