1) Coffee doesn't stunt your growth. I drank loads when I was 8-15 years old. 2) You can't go wrong with eating well. Eat good food, drink milk, and vitamins can't hurt. 3) Your height is basically genetic. Doubt there's any substantial thing you can do change it but you might as well try 2). All you can do is hope but being 5'10" isn't short unless you want to be a pro at some sports. | ||
