No. Decriminalized isn't legalized, it just means they'll only give fines for them and not throw you in jail. | ||

Right, but drug tourism implies going there and buying from strangers. Selling them is still illegal, so drug tourism is out. Definitely a good move though, especially in response to the opium crisis. | ||

Sorry, yeah I wasn't trying to dispute, just add an actual article to go along with my rambling, lol, hard drugs are pretty clearly not like, tolerated per se, they're just opting to handle hard drug use in a more civilized way which is awesome. Shrooms are legal though so they may see some drug tourism on that front? | ||
