The only evidence of widespread malpractice so far seems to be from the USPS and that PA (or is it OH) ballot mail company, both of which are almost certainly in Trump's favor. (Any widespread investigation into these would probably increase Biden's lead, basically).

All things being challenged (538 has a nice writeup) are too small to change results as large as these. If they aren't being used in a court challenge right now, they aren't real.

538 writeup on legal challenges and their status
Pennsylvania

The Trump campaign and other Republicans have filed multiple lawsuits in Pennsylvania, claiming various kinds of election-related irregularities:

A lawsuit filed in state court by the Trump campaign claiming that observers were not able to “meaningfully” oversee the count, and asking for the count to be stopped. On Thursday, a state appellate court issued an order guaranteeing that GOP ballot observers can watch the process within six feet. The order did not stop the count in Philadelphia, however.
Another lawsuit filed in state court by the Trump campaign and the RNC that tries to move up the deadline for when mail-in voters with missing ID information would need to provide that information. Currently the deadline is Nov. 12, but the Trump campaign wants it to be changed to Nov. 9.
Another state court lawsuit filed by Pennsylvania Republican candidates and voters, involving ballots that were corrected during the initial ballot-processing (“pre-canvassing”) period on Nov. 3.
A federal case filed by a Republican candidate objecting to the process of “curing” or correcting problems with mail-in ballots in Montgomery County, just outside Philadelphia. At a hearing yesterday, the judge in the case seemed skeptical that the Republican claims had affected the integrity of the election, and in any case, a relatively small number of ballots (fewer than 100) appear to have been affected.
The Trump campaign has asked to intervene as a party in the Supreme Court litigation over Pennsylvania’s ballot-receipt deadline, which was extended to Friday by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has declined twice to overrule the deadline, but several conservative justices indicated that they might be willing to revisit the case, potentially throwing the validity of any ballots postmarked on Election Day that arrive in that three-day window into question. However, it’s also not clear whether a large number of ballots are actually arriving late — Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar said on Wednesday that there are only “hundreds” so far.

Michigan

The Trump campaign is suing to stop the vote count in Michigan, claiming that it was not given access to observe the counting, and asking to review ballots that it was not able to witness. It’s not clear what the campaign is really trying to accomplish here, since Biden is leading in the state. Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson also said that the claim “doesn’t really line up with the facts.”

Georgia

The Trump campaign and the Georgia GOP filed a lawsuit asking a judge in Chatham County to make sure that late-arriving ballots are being properly segregated from on-time ballots. (In Georgia, ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day to count.) The campaign claims that the county might be mishandling ballots, but this appears to be based on a single allegation from a Republican poll observer involving a small number of ballots. In any case, the lawsuit isn’t seeking to stop on-time ballots from being counted.

Wisconsin

The Trump campaign has indicated that it will file a formal recount request in Wisconsin — but this can’t happen until the last county has submitted its canvass to the state elections commission, which will happen sometime between Nov. 10 and 17. (And it’s worth mentioning here that recounts rarely reverse the outcome of elections — including in 2016, when Trump’s lead over Clinton was basically unchanged after a Wisconsin recount.)

You joke but it has been talked about that if Trump loses he could attempt to flee the country in order to avoid prosecution. Where he would go, and how he would do that is beyond me though. As he can't use Air Force One as they are military pilots and would be a big negative if they even attempted such a move.

Jared can fly Air Force One, he's so multi-talented.

The popular rightwing youtuber Steven Crowder had some shitty video where a man unloaded something from a van and carried it inside a couting facility. Their conclusion was this was clearly a box of ballots to help Biden.

It was just some camera equipment

Philly has halted counting pending a ruling on Democrats challenging a ruling from a lower court that said vote observers could be inside.

If it were independent vote observers I would understand the ruling. I don't get why they need to have Trump campaign goons (because we know who he would send) staring at them as they count though.

The GOP witnesses said under oath that they weren't actually sure when they arrived and the democratic ones said that they were sure they arrived on time. Pretty open and shut.

It has been electoral tradition since time immemorial to have partisan observers in these manners. Preventing one side from observing is super shitty and suspect. Just let them in, video the process and if theyre being disruptive then you have evidence to kick them out but to judge them beforehand and exclude is awful.
Thank you bureaucrats for all your hard work, your commitment to public service and public good is essential to the lives of so many. Also, for Pete's sake can we please get some gun control already, no need for hand guns and assault rifles for the public

Yeah I agree with this. Seems weird to not let them in if there are specific limitations as to "how they watch". They should not need to be up in people's faces validating every vote.

Fair enough. 6 feet is really close, though.

He's currently holding a press conference where he has random people (yes, just some of his voters, basically) whine about fraud in Nevada.

I have been wondering throughout this thing, why do your elections get reported piece by piece? Why not simply count the votes, and then deliver a result?

Eh, that's not really true. That's the media's fault really. It's also always going to be piecemeal for president, even if we only reported it once a state was counted.

Officially our election ends in December, btw. So you can understand why we want it earlier than that.

Cause people want to know? Also, the faster the result comes out, the less time there is for tampering with it, presumably.

The issue is that it's taking a long time, not the staggered nature of it, which is common in a lot of places, especially ones with multiple time zones.

Well we would probably already have the results in the states that are left but the state GOP's refused to have mail ballots be counted until election day. Thus we still don't know the result.

Perdue vs Ossoff is really spicy. If Perdue doesn't get 50% then there will be a runoff election, giving dems a chance for 50 senators later in january. Latest report Perdue is at 49.9996% lmao

Everything about these elections is over the top.
The fellow who is out to burn things up is the counterpart of the fool who thinks he can save the world. The world needs neither to be burned up nor to be saved. The world is, we are. Transients, if we buck it; here to stay if we accept it. ~H.Miller
