Do what my grandmother did. Put on a plastic bag your hand and then just pummel the shit out of the spider. The spider may run around in a circle dazed. Just continue tracking and pummeling it. Then use the plastic bag to pick up the carcass and throw it away outside.

Just go to sleep. I highly doubt the spider will bite you. Most spiders that I fail to catch in my room I never see again. Or I find its dead body a few weeks later >.>
