While oBlade has trouble with context clues, you're definitely better than that. If you watch the video of Biden that oBlade posted, Biden smiles and winks and laughs, indicating sarcasm and joking. Trump was absolutely not sarcastic when he said that Harris murdered that woman; he was deadpan and serious and neither he nor anyone around him was laughing. These two things are not the same, and given how regularly Trump sincerely accuses other people of absurd and illegal things, this isn't even a shocker.

He IS ascribing responsibility to Kamala for Rachel Morin's death. He's not saying Kamala was literally the one that murdered her. "Gun in her hand" is a metaphor. How do you interpret that? That Kamala murdered Rachel Morin? But he just said the savage murdered her. Did he forget in the faction of a second that he already said the savage murdered her? Ugh, I hate Trump, but it's reasonably obvious what his point was in this case. He's trying to pin every bad thing immigrants do on the democratic nominee. The right response is to dig up some murders committed by immigrants who entered between 2016 and 2020 and say he's responsible for them. Or just avoid the entire debate because it's incredibly stupid and utterly irrelevant for any actual debate about the merits of a functional immigration policy. Yeah, that's the double standard that Democrats are being held to again. BlackJack was thoughtful enough to post the video of John Stewart going into it, it's certainly worth a watch. How do you interpret that? That Kamala murdered Rachel Morin? But he just said the savage murdered her. Did he forget in the faction of a second that he already said the savage murdered her? Was it a double murder? Did the savage rape her and then Kamala finished the job with the butt end of her metaphorical gun? It's just really weird having to explain this. It's obvious he is saying that the savage is the one that killed Rachel Morin but Kamala is culpable for her death because she is the one that allowed the savage in. If you delete the context and narrow in one the one sentence "Kamala murdered her" then of course it looks like he is actually accusing Kamala of murdering someone. Just like if you delete the context of Joe Biden grinning and people laughing then it looks like he is "back in" the 2024 race. The point is it's stupid to delete context to win stupid arguments.
So Trump is saying that Harris is responsible for the victim's murder, but he also used a metaphor about the wrong cause of death. And that means "not murder". Does Trump think that Harris should only be convicted of manslaughter instead of murder? Please tell us the name of the crime, since Trump said "murder" but you know he meant "not murder".
If your ace in the hole is that two people can't be convicted of the same murder, then I think that's something you need to flesh out in more detail. I thought such a thing was possible, but I could be wrong.
You and oBlade are comparing a joke to a serious statement (part of which, at best, might contain a metaphor). These are not the same things though. oBlade might sincerely not understand this, but you're working really hard to try to make these things equal, even though I suspect you know they aren't.

The double standard and hypocrisy is what makes me worry that the Republican party will be stuck this way, even after Trump is gone. Alternative facts and cheating and just making up whatever reality they want... those things might not disappear when Trump does.

I honestly didn't know who Rachel Morin was before today. It's certainly an odd strategy to go out of your way to bring up the case of a mother of 5 being raped and having her head bashed in by an El Salvadorian that illegally entered the country, just so you can nail Trump on it by quoting him out of context. Like I'm no Democratic strategist but maybe don't start talking about the illegal immigrants that have murdered people...?
