His debating style of deflection is quite similar to other posters so, it would be fair to say that's just his genuine debating style. In any case it is fair to say that the lack of consumer favoured regulation on the pharma industry in USA has resulted in complete lack of consumer power and a total free market failure. Free market model is only suitable when information and regulations is on the consumer side.

Yes, but then no more immigrants are bringing drugs. Just the one guy who is already here. Presumably for the immigrants to be bringing drugs they have to be accompanied by the drugs during the act of immigration. If they're not physically crossing the border alongside the drugs I'm not really seeing how they're bringing them.

You know, I heard the folks in Mexico have been getting real good at curling up into a little ball. They'd fit into a cardboard box ezpz. Then they just keep the drugs where POW's would keep their watches, and it's foolproof.
