He unfollowed her weeks ago it seems. And it is sad that twitter is how you get his ear

It turns out that a woman with 32 years of experience is better at the job than a guy with 2 years of experience and 40 years of grift.

It's not even "trying" to charge them. SK has already paid something like 850 million USD last year, which is basically 50% of the cost of them being there. I think Kim had said he refuses to go over 885 million this year, when Trump demanded they pay double.

Ah, but can she bankrupt herself better than Trump? I think you'll find, P6, that Donald Trump can throw his money away faster and more efficiently than Nancy Pelosi any day of the week. Ergo, Trump is clearly the winner.

Yeah, yet another reason why I’m happy the democrats are in power so they can but an end to that bullshit. The last thing we need is Trump ending long term relationships with friendly nations because of his simple minded understanding of these treaties and relationships.

Well this is all on Ryan and McConnell not putting the december bill through. They should have called Trumps veto bluff and not have 35 days of this nonsense with the same result.
|
Again, McConnell's only leadership experience is with a Republican House having his back and opposing Obama. He has not demonstrated any legislative skills beyond killing votes and obstruction. Pelosi has been in congress so long she remembers when the House and Senate used to fight it out constantly.

Trump giving in fully to Pelosi’s demands. Not bad.

As for talks about giving Trump money for something, I will once again ask. What do the Democrats get in return?
My guess is he won't shut down the govt again over this. This hurt him too much in the publics eyes. If he has nothing in 3 weeks he will go straight to an emergency declaration. he already said he will declare the nat emergency An emergency that can wait indefinitely is by definition, not an emergency.
This isn't exactly correct to say. Almost all "National Emergencies" have had to do with the United States and foreign relations/issues that they want to fix. Just an example of how powerful the executive branch is now.
The US definitely didn't need to actually do all of them but choose to do it.

Most of these I see "in response too" I guess trumps would just say in response to souther border crossings?
Nat emergencies should be declared in a timely manner damn it!

That's actually not confirmed, Pelosi has basically said "not planned yet" and "to be determined". Which is basically Trump getting a taste of his own vague-ass medicine.

She might as well keep the SOTU denial going while he is still fronting like he is going to do it all over again in three weeks. Obviously this is BS and he will do nothing of the sort. The Senate Republicans told Pence they couldn't hold out any longer. They will let him know the same thing again in three weeks. If he wants his speech he has stop the front.

EDIT: that 1-2 reply/like ratio looking low. Bot farms not helping much today.
EDIT2: yeah, so WH is really going with this. New spin is "we building wall in 21 days with or without Dems".

So why would the democrats give them money then?

That seems like a real hail mary. The white house strategy seems to be to make the democrats choose between negotiating in order to get some concessions out of the white house in exchange for Congressionally approved wall funding, or doing nothing and watch the wall get funded without congress and nothing to show for it. The plan hinges on two things:
- Convincing democrats Trump will be successful in building his wall without Congress, if democrats don't cave.
- Convincing democrats Trump is willing to get his wall by making major concessions, even though #1 is also true.
I don't think the democrats will be fooled.

right wing propaganda. like hillary, except they couldnt quite get there with nancy.

Now we just gotta get through the fifteenth. My hope is that the Dems allow Trump to call increased border security funding a “technological wall” so that we can be done with this farce.
Edit: “smart wall” I should say lol
the technology must be wall compatible, and use an open api architecture.

Trump's caved once. Why would the Democrats cave?
My guess is they won't shutdown and will simply go the national emergency route the second time.
