here is some of my positive stuff in this thread. http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/general/480705-canadian-politics-mega-thread?page=12#222 http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/general/480705-canadian-politics-mega-thread?page=12#225 my life is going pretty good. i have work i find fulfilling and adequate leisure time. this is partly due to my own talent and hard work. my high quality of life is also due to the amazing economic and social environment in which i was privileged to grow up. This is due to my mom, Hazel McCallion, Mike Harris, Bob Rae, and Jean Chretien. These are all very, very smart people who are as tough as nails and possess a tonne of life wisdom. the current group running the country, ontario, and missisauga are not any where near the quality of the group i've listed above. as a result, some of my posts in this thread are going to be negative. i feel like i should start singing the national anthem now.

basically, young people borrow giant sums of cash for a really cool car because they are earning more money than ever in their lives.. or to get their first house... an older population is less sensitive to changes in bank interest rates. there were more details with greater depth during Paikin's show.. i'll add 'em later.

Trudeau made a pre-flop raise at the international poker table and represented 3 Jacks... he got called down and all he is holding is a pair of 5s. ROFL LOL http://www.thestar.com/news/canada/2016/01/19/canada-not-invited-to-paris-meeting-to-discuss-islamic-state-fight.html

Why would we be there, or expect to be there? actually we're half-in and half-out. after the international backlash from pulling out and a couple of high profile terror incidents Our Fearless Leader committed to other combat missions that did not involve bombing. But, knowing this would require reading the source article i posted. just so people don't think i'm anti-liberal or ragging on left-wingers or whatever... the liberal leader should've been Bob Rae. Bob Rae would make a great prime minister and he did a great job as Ontario Premier. Bob Rae >> Justin Trudeau Jean Chretien >> Justin Trudeau Pierre Elliot >> Justin

Point still stands. Also, you are super hostile and sarcastic towards others who post in this thread. It's almost like you don't want anyone other than JimmyJRaynor posting their rants on Canadian society in this thread.....

Would you like the link to that or can u find it urself? also "Canada is expected to keep an air-to-air tanker and two reconnaissance aircraft in the region to support missions by other nations" sounds like Canada is still involved to me.... its at the point of hair-splitting. by average guy standards is Justin Trudeau an idiot? no he is not. he is of above average intelligence. However, Bob Rae, P.E.T. and Chretien are/were far, far more intelligent than he is. It ain't even close. On January 19 2016 22:32 BallinWitStalin wrote: Also, you are super hostile and sarcastic towards others who post in this thread. please, link to all the people i've insulted? there was a giant shit storm about the finances of the Mulroney government where my comments were proven 100% correct with facts and #s and sources. i was repeatedly insulted and never fired back once. All I did was prove I was correct with Deficit, Debt, and Interest Rate #s from 1984 to 1992. I was asked to come back to this thread and apologize. LOL. No apology was required because my #s were bang on and backed up my comment fully. I provide facts and sources to back up my perspective. Therefore, it is not a rant.

Granted he had a solution and it worked so looking back at it it's not that bad but man he screwed over the NDP and then jumped ship. To be honest though he made a decision and stuck with it knowing the unions wouldn't like it. Pretty good quality for a leader to actually be able to lead which is exactly what I'm failing to see/hear in Trudeau. Also I've gotta add like half the credit you give to Cretien for his economic work belongs to Paul Martin. Probably more of it really, the two of them did really great work.

back to Justin Trudeau, he may turn out to become an OK prime minister. this country has had many men of great intelligence and savvy as PM the last 50 years so by comparison it just hurts to watch.
