I'm not in the field of biology or psychology so I can't answer this in enough detail, but if someone doesn't get high from weed it probably has to do with the receptors for thc and cbd not functioning properly or not getting the signal in their body. Everyone's body is different in the way that we all developed separately and certain functions may not be working correctly (health problems). This doesn't really relate to your statement about hash as hash is simply a concentrate of marijuana, which is where we get so many different types of hash because this is a broad definition. Being a concentrate of marijuana through their respective processes hash aims to concentrate thc and cbds in higher percentages that marijuana flowers do. Those that have smoked different genetics of marjiuana with varying thc and cbd percentages know that the differences in effects can be extraordinary. To say that you can't get higher is ignorant, yeah some people may not even get high at all off something that can send me to the moon. Or even factor in tolerance because most people I know experience different effects from the same shit I smoke because my tolerance is so much higher.

Does anyone know how much they are going to tax the weed in Colorado? Like how much would a gram go for? It's still pending in PA, and I hope it gets passed, but I don't want a gram to be like forty bucks or whatever, that'd blow so hard.
Anyone, woop for legalization, that's amazing truly, and I'm looking forward to other states following suit. I think that this giant first step was really important.
On another note, time to buy an eighth and travel up to Vermont for the weekend. You know how this shit is gonna go :D:D:D

hash is considered the cheap shit compared to weed. more often than not because it's cut with crap. At least they can't cut weed. They kinda can but you'll know much easier.

At the moment in Norway, Hash is almost the only thing you can get. If your lucky enough to come across weed it's like twice as expensive as "decent" hash. Man I hate my country (Or atleast my part of the country -.- )

I'm sure a gram isn't going to go for that much. Pretty sure the prices will stay at the current rates it's going for medical wise.
