I have this friend who was pretty much at my house every single day for a couple months, chillin, smoking, having great times. In the past 2 or 3 weeks I've started playing a LOT of dota cause my summer is coming to a close and I just wanna get the lazy sit n play dota all fucking day out of my system. Welp, I was playing me a game of dota and he was around watching/doing random shit, and we hear it start to rain. He runs outside mumbling something about stuff he needs to grab (I have pretty soundproof headphones on when I play so its kinda hard to hear him sometimes). When he comes back in he puts the stuff down and checks out the game, and then walking back says "Well, that's not a good place for a bubbler". He says NOTHING more, and walks outside to go smoke a cigarette. All I knew is that a bubbler maybe almost fell off of something or some shit. Game ends like 3 minutes after he walks outside to go smoke, and once I'm out I get up to join him. On the way though, I see a massive wet spot pretty much in the middle of my bed that REEEKS of nasty ass bong water. I go outside to ask my buddy why the fuck nasty ass water is on my bed, and he responds "Ya, you shouldn't have put that bubbler on the bed man." I was playing dota not even aware wtf was going on for the past hour, and yet he thinks he can just blow it off. I then ask him why he didn't do anything about the spill, and why he literally saw it and immediately walked outside. He responded "I didn't put it there, so it's not my problem." and proceeds to go downstairs and sit outside for the rest of the time he was there, finally leaving after agreeing to give me 2-4 dollars for the laundry costs of washing my entire bedsheetstuffshit. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard from him since. He also owes our friend a couple hundred dollars due to him getting a bunch of custom glass blown for his steamroller. Was I in the wrong at all? Was it seriously wrong to ask him why he just saw bong water on my bed and walked outside? Was I wrong in asking him to pay for the laundry?

Not only it can mess your sleeping habit, it can also contribute to much worse consequences. What most people do not know is that you are completely capable of getting 'high' w/o the intake of any drugs or foreign substances. For example, every time you tune into a comedy stand up show, your brain gets stimulated because your neuro-pathways are wired to reaction upon experiencing it. And that feedback is for your mood to be elevated. Now Mary Jane helps the pathways to speed up the process and therefore augmenting the 'feel' you receive from the exact experience. It bridge the transmission and support neurogenesis (the regeneration of nerve cells). You may completely use it as a recreational supplement (like once or twice a week to organize your thoughts) but over the time, your brain loses the ability to self connect the path by their natural habit and begin to be completely dependent upon THC to function. What is interesting is that you won't immediately feel the depressing state couple of days after the last session (assuming that you use it at daily basis). You will sense it if the residual THCs in your fats have reached paucity level. The brain will tell you "Okay buddy, give me some more of that good stuff." because of it is no longer used of Serotonin (the 'happiness' transmitter) production under 'sober' conditions and hence withdrawals symptoms much like the REM disorder or fall into deep depression and/or facing severe headaches. * Stoners, there is also a good news to pair with the above is that as long as you keep on smoking that kush, you will be relatively fine. But if you are pondering of ways to alleviates the predicament, you have to take steady measures of quitting one grams at a time. Footnote: *Actually the withdrawals symptoms are more egregious than the tiny list I've posted. But I am NOT going to be party popper.

But then again...I only smoke once or twice a week, and have no problem taking month breaks.

And yes, in the netherlands we have tons of coffeeshops so its even more tempting to smoke some more.

You both have to state the frequency of each session, amount of intake, and of course the body fat percentage.

Very few people have ever seen 5% in person.

So, 145 lbs and 5'8 makes you about 15% of body fat. Now it really depends on how many day you'll actually spent taking a t-break. The withdrawals is a delayed process.
