Jon is Lyanna's son. Neddy only ever says "you share my blood" and stuff like that. I don't think he's called him a son before. Also, that means he's a targareon which is why Ned never told anybody cause Robert's all like "I'm going to kill all targareons doesn't matter if they're babies" Also, yes, Jon is Azor Ahai. Also, anything big happen in book 2? I forgot and now season 2's almost out. | ||

Raising people from the dead? No. I hope that GRRM won't do something so cheap. I like Jon, but for the good of the story, he should stay dead. | ||

Catelyn isn't even really revived. Lady Stoneheart doesn't exactly have much in common with Catelyn. Beric was just a secondary character, almost a parody of the revival of the dead considering how often he did it. But reviving major characters? This isn't DBZ. They aren't supposed to set out in search of the dragon balls so they can revive everyone at a whim. Death should have gravitas. We wanted Rob to live, we wanted Eddard to live, tough break, they died. But Jon is the exception? He gets to be revived at the drop of a hat? It would be pathetic writing. Just writing in a cliff hanger for the sake of writing a cliff hanger. Look, I wouldn't mind if he warged into Snow at the last moment, go through some gruelling experience to fight his way back to life, and even then at best he ends up in a different body, at the cost of mind-murdering the original occupant of the body. But just getting flat out rezzed by Melisandre? Screw that. | ||

Just because you can make it up, doesn't mean its good. I never said I was going to call the FBI and have him arrested for terrible writing. I just said that it would be terrible writing. Jon surviving all the stabbings would be even more silly than him being revived from the dead. | ||
