For those that do not already know, the CleaR idea was conceived by IntoTheWoW and I after lamenting the state of the General Forum, where it seemed that boring, stupid threads were dominating, the general post quality was declining, and many regulars had stopped posting.
We decided to go over the top and actually put extra effort, almost TOO much effort, into the threads. Naturally the theme was the TL forums itself, as what the hell else are me and IntoTheWow going to talk about, ninjas? The guy lives in Argentina.
We decided to use an previously created account (Brood donated "CleaR," his roommate's account) and would rarely ever post with it, other than to create threads. The threads themselves took far too much effort and time to create, but it was quite fun just coming up with random ideas and shooting them back and forth.
The first two threads, TL QUIZ and THE MODTRIX were received quite well by the forum given that we inundiated them with inside jokes. Our little CleaR project culminated with TL MONOPOLY where lil.sis helped out tremendously, doing all the magnificent photoshop work.
The mods undoubtedly already know who used the account (despite IntoTheWow's IP anonymizer, which clearly didn't work), but we just thought, in the spirit of confession today, with people admitting they actually have penises, etc, it'd be nice to confirm for all everyone who is still curious.
Oh and the next project, nobody knows. It's hard as hell to find motivation (despite how fun it is to actually work on them). I suppose LiquiScoop is it, we have a blast making it each week.

Fucking ivy leagues, FYI I'm finishing up college in Taiwan, hopefully I can graduate in 2 years and then take a year off and uhh... ... do something.
Again, props for rejuvenating General every time a new Clear thread was created. I stopped posting in Strategy because of the influx of new/bad advice, but I feel inspired to try again in the future. I've always wanted to do RWAs. JCA update your software!

Oddly enough, I got an idea last night to attempt to make a new version of the RWA software (probably building a plugin for BWLauncher). I may just follow through on it, but first I need to find some time. Damn AP Classes and college applications =/
