Racism is very evident in sports. The main reason is that there are actual black athletes who are subject to it and whom are vocal in their opposition to it.
Homophobia is not so apparent in sports. Even though supporters frequently sing or chant anti-gay songs or slogans, there are virtually no actual targets of the homophobia; because there are almost no openly gay athletes.
Maybe the same thing is true for homosexual sc2 players? Perhaps we actually do have a gay progamer or two, they just don't want to openly identify as gay, because then they'd get hundreds of funny people responding with "ha ha well that certainly explains why he plays like one!!" or whatever.

It's one of their basic rights to express themselves in public. If you can't deal with that you should meditate about how a pluralistic society works and propably leave Europe. I hear there are some lovely countries in East-Africa where you will find more likeminded people.
