The gun control argument stops now. I know it's fun to argue about it in the heat of the tragedy when you can get all worked up about it but it's pretty disrespectful and if you don't care enough about the issue to make a separate topic for gun control then you don't care enough to shit on the tragedy by exploiting it. i think there's a lot to be said about not focusing on the shooter's identity and what he deserves, even if he is already dead. if you are trying to figure out the wiring in his head or the demons possessing him at the time or even an event that may have caused him to snap, all of this is time and energy spent on something we can't control. the only thing it accomplishes is gaining closure, and in that regard i think too many people will be disappointed with the answers they get. | ||
