"No offense but I am about to intentionally offend you, but since I said no offense, you're not allowed taking offense, regardless of the fact that what I'm about to say is offensive." Hahaha, true. This includes what a monthly hazard insurance bill might cost and the tax break they get from the government. I have to say "I'm not an insurance agent, but" and "I'm no CPA, but" just to let them know I'm giving them an estimate, and to cover my ass. Everyone accumulates knowledge from experience and books, but it's always good to CYA, even if you are a doctor. I wasn't thinking about legal and professional implications dude. I'm talking about casual conversation, you know? "I'm not a doctor, but you should have that checked out." "I'm not an arcitect, but that's an ugly ass building!" That shit pisses me off sooooo much.

"get a life" That is sooo overused. People only say it when they have nothing better to say about a topic they think is uncool and want to sound superior by saying that they have far better things to do than whatever the person recieving the comment was doing. Sometimes the comment can be valid, but most of the time, it is just a weak attempt at dissing somebody. It just annoys me everytime I hear it.

I can't stand that fucking kid in those car commercials who says it. Everyone at work would say it and it annoyed the hell out of me.
