Atheists who talk about religion more than priests do.
edit: It's just so annoying how they think they know everything. If you don't believe in something, just leave it at that. You don't see a group called the Aunicornists who preach that unicorns aren't real. Atheists as a group is a fallacy and shouldn't even exist in the first place, a great irony they fail to even realize.
The notion above was even mentioned by Neil Tyson (who atheists worship and swear to, another irony), that the people who identify themselves as atheist don't make any sense. To quote: "Do non-golf players gather and call themselves agolfists? Do they talk about not playing golf all the time, and attempt to stop golf players from playing? A group like that makes no sense, and 'anti-golf activists' would be a proper name for them. In fact, most atheists are actually very active anti-theists, guarded by the conservative atheist title, as they choose to call themselves." - Tyson

You don't see a group called the Aunicornists who preach that unicorns aren't real.
That would be Anunicornists.

I can't tell what view point your coming from but most points there can be flipped to Christians so easily

playing golf never led to wars though...
OT: The people who think they're really good at something when in reality they suck, (See dunning-kruger effect) also the people who sheep worship something/someone without actually knowing about the situation

"I love X, but Y and Z just don't let me do it." If you really loved it, you would make time and make it work. People that are too lazy to better themselves. I really love piloting aircraft. I have worked toward this endeavor since I was 12 (not saving money since then but learning etc I wish I knew to save up). I applied to what scholarships I could find to try to make the deadline for joining an airline and building seniority. I am still working at this expensive endeavor (private pilot's license is $12,000 where I am, not easy but certainly not impossible) and I don't have that yet. I am 22, the deadline I mentioned is already past. For perspective, a ppl is 40 hours minimum, I would need a commercial which is 250 hours, a type rating which is more $$, time under those ratings... But I love it and am still trying, even though I cannot hope to make a career out of it. In fact, I am now working toward continuing a family business because making that business really big is a great way to afford this expensive hobby. Do I have sufficient drive for you? I really love flying(x), but time(y) and finance(z) just won't let me do it. I am still trying but I'm practically stymied. What am I doing wrong? Sure some people make it- there are scholarships out there. I happened to not be picked. They can't sponsor every worthy applicant, I am making do with what I can therefore. I hope this will help this phenomenon to peeve you less. If I can make it through a college I'm going to try to attend in January I may just be poor all the time but do what I love. I may do that instead of making it a hobby, so I'm not the kind of person you are talking about really, but you see where they could be coming from? Big decision ahead for me but I am a middle class white boy in America. So... You must be that guy at parties that likes to ruin jokes with obscure facts. You picked one of the most obscure and expensive hobbies out there to counter my point with. Good for you, you tried really hard but it's not working for you, so you have no reason to be blamed. But my point had nothing to do with you and your incredibly out-of-the-way example to try to prove me wrong. I mean really, how could you possibly think that this was applicable? I even mentioned in a later post that my point doesn't include extreme financial hurdles.
He proves you wrong and you go emo. Fact is there can be a wide variaty of things that can stop someone from doing what they like / want to do. Wheter it is financial, time, personal issues in the family etc.

Let me preface by saying that im generally a pretty calm person with a "fuck-it" attitude so i usually dont get worked up over things. The first thing, since this is TL, would be people making posts which are thinly veiled whining posts about balance or "bad gamedesign" while this is annoying for Sc2 WoL when i see those posts concerning HotS my blood starts to really boil. I mean for heavens sake the game is in fucking alpha!!! Another in the same vein is the sense of entitlement some people seem to have towards Blizzard concering stuff like new patches and so on. Im fine with constrictive criticism but some of these people think that Blizz should do everything as they say and that they somehow know better than the people that are doing their job for many years.
Irl i just get really annoyed at general douchyness and people acting "cool" on purpose. Oh and ofc that little thing you put on the belt which holds ur cell. I mean seriously, your pocket is right fucking there!!

edit: it was scientists that I remember now, not atheists. more or less the same thing though.

I'm an Athiest. I find it funny that I know more about a couple religions than most people do about their own. What grinds my gears is that people bash atheists.
I don't know everything, even though I may be arrogant. Christians like to think they know everything. Like, when life legally starts. Or that dinosaurs never existed. That pisses me off to no limits. Or when they cherry pick the bible for shit like, "Thou shalt not lie with another man like a women" without realizing that the town Sodom was brought down not for sodomy but because ANOTHER town thought that their shit didn't stink. If you want to know something funny, Lot, the guy who was trying to sacrifice his daughters so that the angels didn't get raped had sex with the daughters in a cave after the town was destroyed. NOTHING BAD EVER HAPPENED TO HIM, AND IN FACT, YOU CAN FIND GOD GIVING CHILDREN TO DAUGHTERS WHO DIDN'T GET FUCKED BY THEIR DAD. So, if you want to pick that line and defend it, you're defending incest.
It's like Christianity trying to say it's better than Islam. They are both equally bad and their shit stinks just like the other guy.
But I can't just not believe in something and leave it at that. As an atheist, I find religion to be extremely detrimental (is this the right word) to the advancement of humankind. I must make it my mission to persuade others to believe in what I believe in. (Sounds JUST LIKE SOME RELIGIONS THAT ARE BIG IN THIS WORLD.)
I don't actually care what religion peopla are, but I will intellectually rape them if they open their mouth.
I am so Le Rage because of driving. I'm writing this to calm my nerves down.

while I agree that it's annoying when atheists run their mouth, they actually tend to know MORE about various religions than even believers of those religions do.

I suspect it's because they actually did some research and pondered over it, they decided against it, instead of just being zealots.

Religion has caused very few wars in history (relatively, of course).
It's one of the greatest myths in this fascinating weird internet warrior mentality, and one of the great empirical finds in social science...religion, compared to politics, economics, or a host of other considerations, has caused pathetically few wars in history to warrant such hatred for "disturbing the peace".

People that only talk about smoking weed, and who have to let everyone know that they smoke weed. People that talk about government spending like they can run the country better than the president can (I want to see them run for president with their ideas and see how that works out for them)

People who don't understand why anti-theism is important, and like to pretend that lack of reason and reason are somehow two concepts that are of equal value to one another.
