There is no way you can say a person in poverty has a fair shot... This isn't The Pursuit of Happyness, those are rare occasisons. I have no idea how we can say a person who has to work at 16 to support his own family has a fair shot at going up the chain vs someone who got a University degree from birth because they're born into a Harvard family (obviously they work, but imagine knowing you're accepted and paid for. A lot easier no?) | ||
