Biden's response was terrible though, should have kept his trap shut. what if you feel that the other side is the one with the crappy tone?

Yes I agree, but this is about winning a point on the question. On a question about how disappointed a heroic American soldier has concerns about the negativity of this election, a winning point in the eyes of the public would have been to show that respect for the opposition to appear to be the better man.

no he doesnt. romney had a choice between vetoing everything the dem legislature passed or doing nothing at all. thats not bipartisan.
