I don't know what he meant by legitimate rape... someone could have ASKED HIM but I don't think they did. Republicans do not think rape is OK if that is what you are getting at. The reason social issues were big this time around is because Democrats were pushing it because their foreign policy and economy isn't exactly stellar. Obama had social issues to harp on and killing Bin Laden. Maybe some vague talks about how it could have been worse because he bailed out corporations.
He specifically said that children born of rape means that the woman was no actually raped, because God wouldn't let that happen, so the woman wanted it. That's literally his argument. You gotta be shitting me if you don't get how looney Akin was.

Okay, pot, kettle. Either that or you just used specifically wrong. I think that Akin is more or less one of the biggest dumbasses at the moment, but that's not even close to what he said. That's some Fox News word stretching right there.

With Denver Post calling Colorado for Obama and now Iowa... that's it.

Honestly, that's what it seems like has been happening these past few years... which amazes me to no end because you'd think they'd be moving the other way... maybe its just the crazy ones are getting more loud and the sane one are becoming more quite

seems like obama is secure in florida by about 50k votes. i'm not going to do a full table of county comparisons but the upside remaining for romney is quite small.

Democrats to win Virginia now down to 1.11, Republicans are out to 4.33.
So the bookies seem convinced of Obama winning Ohio, Florida and now Virginia.

What he said is that legitimate rape rarely leads to pregnancy.

I just thought to check, but I thought I would make it a point of pride to say that my home county in GA is firmly blue with 89% of votes counted. Not that it matters, but *cough*
