Oh, I thought we all knew his re-election budget was the same.
As for the deductions for outsourcing jobs, perhaps he was talking about some loophole that people manipulated to make it apply when they outsourced jobs? This I don't know because I am not familiar at all with the corporate tax code. so hopefully someone can shed light on the matter.

So people are just now figuring that Obama has no new plans and is basically rerunning on his 2008 campaign promises?

All business expenses are deductible since the corporate tax is on net income. A business outsourcing / off-shoring jobs will naturally incur expenses in the process - which, as expenses, are then deductible. That's the deduction Obama is referring to.

Yeah I was also thinking it might be that. Thanks.

Fox News actually did a pretty fair and balanced article on it: http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2012/10/04/fact-check-tax-break-for-shipping-jobs-overseas/

Romney is leading most of the national polls by 2-3% and has been for about 2 weeks and there is only 2 weeks to go. If this lead continues there's no way Obama is not sweating.
Will Ohio deviate from the national polls all that much, particularly in tilt towards of the Dem candidate?
Just looking back the last 5 election cycles..
92 - Clinton won Ohio by ~2%, he won nationally by 5.5% 96 - Clinton won Ohio by ~6%, he won nationally by 8.5% 00 - Bush won Ohio by 2.5%, he lost nationally by 0.5% 04 - Bush won Ohio by 2.5%, he won nationally by 1.5% 08 - Obama won Ohio by ~5%, he won nationally by 7%
In every case the Democratic candidate underperformed in Ohio compared to the national popular vote.
It doesn't seem logical that Romney can win the popular vote but lose Ohio. Ohio has consistenly tilted more favorably to the Republican candidate vs. the national %. It would be really bizarre for Obama to win Ohio but lose the popular vote.

I kind of thought that was the whole point. If you like the job Obama is doing or think he is doing better than Romney would, than vote for him. If you don't, you don't.

Tis why I'm voting for Jill Stein.

basically they pointed out the fact that his plan is just as impossible as romney's, and asked for clarification. They said his clarification, while an improvement over his "booklet" plan, is still utterly impossible.

Ohio has a very stable economy right now (quite a bit below avg. unemployment) as opposed to 4 years ago, in large part due to the auto bailout from Obama which Romney opposed. For this reason I can see it tilting toward the Democrats this time.

The right to be a candidate in a federal election is protected by the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. The procedures and responsibilities are spelled out in the Canada Elections Act.
Unless specifically declared to be ineligible under section 65 of the Canada Elections Act, any person qualified as an elector may run for election. A prospective candidate must be a Canadian citizen who is at least 18 years of age on election day. A candidate may seek election in only one riding at a time; however, the candidate need not be a registered elector or even reside in that riding. (A riding is also known as a constituency or electoral district.)
Unless I'm googling the wrong site, answer is yes.
