Babies afflicted with this disease have a most unusual appearance, which many find distressing. For this reason, websites with photographs of such babies are often linked to on Internet forums by trolls as a form of shock site, even though many are medical websites and not intended for this purpose. Some of these photos have been included in the notorious Pain Series of shock image collages.
No but seriously nature wanted the guy dead. Not trying to be mean but think about it.. His hard skin was supposed to crush his lungs, he's supposed to get infected, starve etc.. Instead these drugs keep him alive. I think they should have let nature take it's course when he was born. It just isn't right I feel sorry for his loved once who have to look at their ugly baby every day. ANd I mean that in the most sensitive way possible.
Letting him live is inhuman, fucking hypocrits. I bet the bastards keep him alive because they dont have the balls to do the right thing instead they pretend that its a human life with the right to live, this is really outrageous, not a 14y/o bitch being fucked, now THIS is 10 times more fucked up than that girl, atleast those fuckers are considered pedophiles and sick ppl, but the parents of this kids are not.
And honestly they really really shouldn't be allowed to keep that baby alive. Its grotesque by any view, and there is NO WAY that thing could live normally later in its life.

that thing?
hes a fucking person =) although id have to agree that its probably better for most if they die as infants simply due to the psychological pain they will have to endure throughout the rest of their lives (ontop of the obvious physical pain)
No person should ever be allowed to decide who can and can't live. We should do all we can within humane means to keep these children alive just like we would any other person. Stop acting like pieces of shit and realize that stronger people than you are able to live challenging lives in spite of disabilities.

Well ok poor choice of words, I was writing it quickly before leaving. Damn now I have to be politically correct on forums ^^
Didn't do anything for me. Sucks for the kid, and the doctor/nurses/mother/father who were there for the delivery of the baby. It should really be put to death, whether it's a life or not. It's the humane thing to do, no one should have to suffer like that.

Youre a fuckin retard. Let nature take it's course? You probably wouldnt be here if nature took it's course, like the time you got sick at 4 years old, or learned how to use a microwave. Without the marvellous invention of antibiotics and drugs, or stouffers inc, you would have withered away long ago.
For Ryan, managing his condition is a full-time job. Because his skin is constantly shedding, he needs to consume 7,500 calories a day. He tube feeds himself pure protein every night while he sleeps.
