what are peoples thoughts on white cloth feeling (i.e not full leather) belts for casual wear.
Im going to wear it with a nice dark grey V neck tucked into Dark jeans with fade accomponied with some grey/black with white rim addidas shoes. and of course the white belt :D with/without grey jacket
EDIT: I am a white guy in highschool, im trying to go for a more asian/primarily korean look? any advice on how i should add on or is this even in the right direction im trying for. (short hair) keep in mind :D ty ty

my dad bought me some jeans the other day, i couldnt argue or try on much, we kinda got the first thing we saw in a highstreet store
they are 36 waist and i think 34 length
the issue i have with them is that my legs are kinda short compared to my long torso (i am ~187cm so quite tall) this means that i need to choose 34 or prefeably IMO 32 length trousers
but the main issue is that they cramp my groin when pulled up, so i have to wear them quite low. they look fine (imo..far from expert) but because i have to wear them quite low it makes them feel a bit funny because they are low down on my back/ass.
are you guys following what i mean? what is the solution to this issue? or should i just get comfortable with lowset trousers around my ass? i havent tried them with a tucking in shirt . i wore them with a belt today and apart from a bit of groin cramping and occaisional adjustment it was ok
they are jeans

i lightened the pic so you can see but done it too much i think , sigh

@FFGenerations, i wear 30 32 and im about 5-8 so yea, haha idk in CM wearing baggy/loose trousers is a hassle pulling them up constantly and if you have a book in hand and a backpack on and trying to walk up stairs, well... IT SUX
i recently got a belt for mine problem solved, gonna start doing the tuck in too (read post above)

Could you give me a link so i could see what the look like and what to look for
I just did a quick google search, I am not from America so I am not sure on brands or anything, but this website has a few different styles that look quite good. Once you know what you are looking for, I am sure many of the other people here will be able to give you some better brands than I would be able to. Anything with "Chino" in the title. Click me

I don't think I have ever seen a guy in anything other than jeans and a Tshirt/shirt here. It kind of bums me out that there is so little variety in mens clothing that people actually can wear. Personally I very much like this sort of look + Show Spoiler +, the guy obviously. Try to look past the fact that he is doing a funny dance (impossible to find a picture of jokwon not doing a funny dance).

I agree, although I don't think this look fits skinny guys. For me he looks like some tryhard attention seeker ( I don't say he is!!! ) and not like a 'Look at me, I rock this look and you'll find it awesome, or die trying'. But that's just my opinion.

Oh he is an attention seeker of note. If you watch starking or any of the other korean shows he appears on from time to time you will know that he is and definitely trys way to hard (but he is really funny imo). True it doesn't look good on everyone, Jokwon might be a little skinny for it, I think he still pulls it off. Most would probably drop the bow tie though, that probably is too much. With the people it works on I think it looks amazing.
edit
I found the video where that picture comes from if anyone wants a better look

I particularly like the way this belt works with light pants:
![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/xDMVU.png) For that very belt, I'd wear brown shoes obviously (a bit hard to tell but the front part is brown). No doubt it might not be for everybody.

Wearing jeans on your hips like that is fairly typical and fashionable. If it bothers you, the solution (which is the solution for any jean fitting problem) is to invest in the higher end jeans that have spandex or other stretchable materials built into them. Buy the jeans a little small (such that you barely squeeze into them) and then let them stretch around your body for what becomes a fairly custom fit.
Lots of brands will do this. I personally prefer 7's. Sure, they tend to be fairly pricey ($100-200), but the investment is well worth it given the great fit, how good they look, and how often you will wear them.

Most of the clothing is designed for to be worn on a stage etc. Just tone it down and as long as you have the right body type it should look pretty good.

how did you guys find your tailors?
I feel like going through yellowbook in my area isn't the best way, but i'm probably wrong

I feel like going through yellowbook in my area isn't the best way, but i'm probably wrong It's better to check online for reviews, search for a tailor of repute around your area. Not all tailors are equal. I've heard many sartorial horror stories before, so maybe you should check the guy out first.

I feel like going through yellowbook in my area isn't the best way, but i'm probably wrong yelp.com and simply search 'tailor' near your area kpop clothes don't work on white people because their clothes are tailored for their fit, and the average white (western) build is drastically different from a typical Asian frame.

also if you're worried about wearing your jeans too low you should buy jeans with a higher rise. most denim brands have a choice of high, regular, low, and extra low rise.

I have a question about swimwear. If you wear boardshorts, what do you wear under the boardshorts? Do you wear compression shorts, boxer briefs, nothing, etc.?

I have fetish comes to shoes.. mostly, I always buy the Lacoste white ones which is getting old since I seems that white shoes isn't as in as it was back in the early 2000's. (well maybe if you're a baller it would, but I am asian with a US size 8 1/2 fit)
I was wondering, what other shoes can you guys suggest that would look very simple in a casual setting? (please don't suggest white) (giving pictures would be awesome) :D
I might get some good looking shoes in Zara-man, since the last pair I bought was okay but is now kinda tattered (still use them thought).

You look fine.
I am short (5'4'') so finding pants is always an issue for me. I really need a 26 inch inseam or something ridiculous that doesn't exist. Even hemming doesn't always wind up with a great fit. What I have come to realize is that I need to find pants with a rise (that's the measurement from your crotch to the waistband) that I like and have alterations done from there. This should actually be pretty easy for you since you aren't really that short and they make pants in the appropriate length for you. Go to Macy's and try on the different Levi's styles. I guarantee you that one of them fits. Find the one you like best and then check online for different colors/pocket styles.

Under boardshorts the answer is usually nothing. Some come with a lining. I'm not a huge fan of that so I'll wear a brief underneath (a speedo).
