I definitely want a metal band, but I can't seem to find one with a face that really jumps out at me as a business watch. It's not about how the watch looks, more on what the watch means, it's heritage etc. I'd recommend the Omega Seamaster, or the Omega Speedmaster Pro (Do not get any other versions of this watch). A solid watch that will command the respect of many from all walks of life. You need to be more specific though, like your budget etc.

Consider a leather band though if you wear it on formal occasions, looks better under a suit. You can always switch bands of course.

I don't think I would fit or feel comfortable in a lot of the clothes here, but I like looking at nice clothes, and I like that other people care. I agree. I would never wear shoes like this + Show Spoiler + or any clothes that fit that 'young, different and wealthy' sort of look, which seems to be modern nowadays. But I like looking at it.

Mines super short on the sides and long on the top so I can kind of feel if things are going a little astray. I guess you can just practice 'scrunches in the mirror' So you know if you just grab a bit with your hand and flick what it 'usually looks like' Try and make it as quick as possible, because you might look like a wanker if you're taking your time checking yourself out in a window. That's exactly what I do. I dislike wax and I dislike gel. My hair is gotta be soft and free-flowing. The price of that is it sometimes goes out of shape, so I need to wipe it back in shape. I don't style. I use leave-in conditioners to keep good texture.

Where in the country is boat shoes an old person thing? I have heard multiple people say that but around me they are classic college staples. I'd really recommend desert boots if you want something casual other then vans. From what I gathered it sounds like you are a pants even in summer type of guy which is fine, but I don't think boat shoes go nearly as well with pants as desert boots. If I read that wrong and you are a shorts guy then boat shoes are good but if they are to old feeling maybe some white primsolls would be good. Well I live down south, near Melbourne(I am 2 hours away but you probably don't even know where Melbourne is). Yeah I am a pants in summer kind of guy haha, basically I always wear pants, and where I live it is never really "winter", we may get some rain but usually hot and dry. I just am not really into shorts, they don't look as nice or as smart in my opinion. I am really liking the look of desert boots, would you recommend a higher or lower heel? These are all ones I just found through a google search, and I think I like the flatter heels. More stylish ones more casual, closer to vans *edit-I wouldn't get white, that is suicide where I live I like the styles of both of these, but really like the first pair. What are your thoughts people?

If you like desert boots, Clarks is the major go to brand. They have a bunch of different styles and colours. I dont own any personally, but know people who do, and they swear by them. Clarks in beeswax is the staple desert boot, super versatile goes great with almost all colors of jeans and chinos. I like the navy ones you linked, not a fan of the white ones with the sneaker like sole though.

I have got 4 that I quite like: Desert Drilles Original Boots-Khaki (maybe another colour) Desert Drifts Clarks x Loopwheeler -Apparently these won't be readily available until August, but these are probably my favourite. What do you guys think? Sorry if I am spamming too much, but I find you guys to be really helpful.
