just cause i'm the OP doesn't mean I know everything! ^^
within context, I would say I was shooting for "dont notice me." especially cause most people here barely manage to put on sweatpants (lol college), I don't really want to stand out too much. I'm pretty happy with the blending in. I did actually just throw the sweater on cause it was cold though. I meant to not have one at all, and I didn't throughout the day. Thank you though
I don't like white pants personally. The second one is clean. I like the roll at your sleeve. I gotta figure out how to do that.
It's ironic because i'm working on a presentation on how to dress as a professional LOL.

Can anyone recommend any good quality basic vnecks avaible in germany?

Being fashionable on a budget can be quite frustrating.. I don't want to end up like one of those pretentious hipsters that scoffs whenever someone mentions getting clothing from anywhere other than Goodwill.

Why would you care about where you or other people get stuff as long as you look good?
|
I'd also say they run a little small, it also depends on the piece you're getting from them and some of them tend to shrink quite a bit after washing. Safest thing would probably be checking out one of their store. They have a couple around Germany in bigger cities:
Berlin Düsseldorf Frankfurt Hamburg Köln München Stuttgart

Why would you care about where you or other people get stuff as long as you look good? That's my point. I'm trying to look good on a budget, but usually when people do that they get bitter and shit on people who buy their clothing new. I'm not saying that's me...

That's fair. I do think the outfit actually would look a lot better without that sweather. It crashes with everything else, and the outfit is a lot more clean without it. And I do know a lot of people aren't fans of white pants :D I think its pretty cool during spring and summer. (yeah, I'm one of those guys!) I do like to stand out slightly though, and you rarely see many whitepanters.

It can be indeed. "On a budget" is a bit hard to interpret though, because it's relatively different for everyone.

The reddit section on fashion has some very good stuff, I'm almost ashamed to say. Browse through this list for some good ideas, although none of it is revolutionary. Shop out of season is the best advice I can give, though it might be hard to find your size.

I'm not fat (i kinda am) i swear, but i have bad posture + i'm not very photogenic + i just ate so my belly looks big T_T. Also putting my hands in my pockets was a bad idea because it made the shoulders look fucked. but this is more of the style i wear every day. I only had the sweater on cause it got cold due to rain. + Show Spoiler +![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/RK4LuaQ.jpg) Club monaco/beneton/gap/bruno magli most of those are things i bought before learning about internet clothes though I see you are the OP of this thread, so I'd guess you know your stuff, but I don't like this outfit very much, sorry. =/ I see this so much at the uni where I study as well. This style is a very common, very nice and very safe style to dress yourself "business casual", but the problem with such safety is that it can get very bland and, dare I say it... boring! None of your pieces here stand out, the sweather, the pants and the shoes are all in somewhat dull color, so though the pieces by themselves are probably fine, they don't work well together here. The outfit, to me, is saying "please don't notice me", which isn't exactly optimal, in my opinion. Oh, and tuck the shirt in. Intentionally sloppy works on some outfits, but not here. I put together a couple of suggestions on how I'd do pretty much the exact same outfit. (I don't like to critique someone without showing something myself ) Now, this is just my opinion, and maybe you won't like my style at all, so ^^, : + Show Spoiler +![[image loading]](http://s24.postimg.org/d1jizvvgl/abc.jpg) Jacket: J. Lindeberg Pullover: J. Lindeberg Button-up: Burberry Pants: H&M Shoes: Dunno. Bought locally. Not the best mirror to do selfies in, but we work with what we got! + Show Spoiler +![[image loading]](http://s21.postimg.org/6yfa1tsdj/def.jpg) Pullover: Moods of Norway Button-up: Burberry (didn't bother to change, since it works here as well I think) Pants: some random cheap-ass khakis Watch: Skagen Shoes: FORGOT SHOES! Edit: oh my gosh, my images doesn't work fixed both of your pants have poor fit, first one you sized down too much, and second bags around your waist. a middle ground between the two would be nice. tuck in your collar, it just looks sloppy and unkempt.
btw the choice to tuck in a button down is entirely up to you. obviously a straight hem is the best for untucked.

Anyone want to give me advice on buying a budget suit? I'm about to start work and I figured I should have at least 3 to rotate with. I already have one navy suit so I guess I'm thinking about buying another navy and one gray. I'm considering buying them from Jcrew or Banana Republic, I'm open to suggestions!
Also anyone know where I can get dress shirts for cheap but decent quality?
And finally can someone in the LA area recommend me some tailors?
edit: Okay so I did some research and apparently BR is real crap unless you can get them on super sale. And Jcrew is pretty decent and are canvassed. Does anyone know when Jcrew puts there suit on sale?
I'm looking into Suitsupply and I think it might be my best bet for longevity and value. It's just a hassle because I need to order and have it shipped and the measurements might not even be correct. Can someone tell me how I should go about getting the correct measurements before ordering? Also if anyone ordered from suit supply, which line should I look at for work?

My quads are pretty big from squats but my hamstrings are still pretty average. Also I have a pretty small waist.
I can't fit into any of my old jeans and chinos anymore, so need to purchase. Am looking for something with small waist, big around thighs, and slim/skinny from knees down. Does such a cut exist?
Also any websites where I can get some decent kinda casual boots from?
Thanks for any help

^ APC Petit Standard is good for that build I think. Maybe Levis 511s or 513s?
For boots, most people are going to recommend Clarks Desert Boots or Doc Martens 1460.

I always admire the formal dressing, because it show me fit. I always get inspiration from the formal dressing. And one of the best thing is, if i choose my own desired and personalized dressing.
