On my gaming pc i don't even have add block installed. But on my netbook, i have and use it even for teamliquid, but with a good reason (for me). It's only a netbook and if i watch streams, they only just run without lag. To get the most preformance out of it, i have to disable everything possible.. even adds

You can configure Adblock in a way that it can also block the elephant/hamster banner. So yeah, it's on.

I hate ads. I hate them that much, so I never considered turning adblock off even for TL. However I'd be glad to contribute in a $$$ manner to compensate the loss created for blocking ads. Create some sort of donation or goodies buying and i'll happily give you my money.

i just hate watching ads on streams. if i didnt watch them through TL i would. I did disable it for the home page though and some of the forum pages i go to a lot.

I do put adblock off when watching streams/TL. For some reason on Safari my exceptions never work. Does that happen to anyone else?

No. nothing to do with eSports, I just don't see the point in blocking ads if it gives the people/sites you like money. I really couldn't care less about 30 seconds every time i tune into a stream or click on a video

I don't use adblock, and no one should. If anything adblock doesn't just hurt TL, it hurts all sites. In fact it is killing the internet, and especially smaller privately run sites that need ads to keep it running. I suffer from the slight inconvenience (lol) of having ads displayed on a site. No one should feel so entitled that they think they have to block all ads.

I block ads at work, but unblock TL at home.

The ads on the site are pretty random, so I'd rather not have a random Russian bride ad on screen at work. Some times the ads are pretty funny as google tries to interpret what people are talking about (they keep trying to sell me puzzles and stuff).

I have adblock disabled on my desktop but enabled on my laptop and phone and I'm not going to change that configuration anytime soon.

I've never understood why anyone would adblock a site they like enough to visit regularly. Seeing so many people come here as a regular visitors all the while blocking ads, justifying by whatever reasoning makes them feel better about it, is upsetting to read.

We removed the "Don't hurt Esports" thing. It was a complete joke that we thought would be funny. We didn't realize that people would take it serious. I apologize if you took offense.
