What else are they supposed to do? storm the white house?

Makes to much sense.

Wow i'm glad I don't work near there those drums are annoying as hell

What a mess, I gave the US more credit then this. Those police officers put their life on the line to keep people safe and these ungrateful bastards paint them the enemy. I feel terrible for anyone in the military that are putting their life on the line to fight for our rights and then see whats happening now.

It 'makes sense' but isn't feasible. If they have trouble even getting up near Wall Street to protest THAT how well do you think they're going to fair trying to get somewhere that might actually bother someone who is a CEO, Lobbyist, or whomever you think deserves to be protested.

Anyone fighting for the country should be proud that while they are risking their lives people are actually trying to use the freedoms they are defending. Doubly so since a large part of the military is going to return from duty to a sky high unemployment rate and a country that hasn't exactly been doing a good job lately of providing care for veterans.

There are tons of police officers here who ARE the bad guys.
Many nonviolent protesters are being abused. I have no problem with the police, but if they are going to abuse their power they should be punished like a regular citizen.

Preventing people from going to work and disrupting small businesses was the worst thing OWS could do, and they did it. Lost what little respect I have for these people.

We are shutting down the system that have committed crimes of financial treason against Americans and our brothers and sisters across the globe. We are in the fierce urgency of now, and it is time to end the system of fleecing.

I marched with them down 5th then 6th. To get a scale of the massive amount of people, by what I observed the crowd was one avenue wide and 10 streets wide. Around 3K people. I'm at foley sq now somehow there ie acoustic equipment and a concert has begun. It's unreal I've never seen anything like this. People climbed out of their cars and trucks to hi five everyone and made beats with their horns. I'm in awe.

How delightfully fascist of you. Not even being hyperbolic.

Don't claim to be doing this for me, that's insulting. "Occupy" is not being altruistic in blocking traffic. "Occupy" is not being altruistic by preventing their fellow citizens from moving freely, from entering their place of work or from patronizing their business of choice.

Just like how all those Negroes back in the '60s lost my respect by blocking upstanding White Folk's access to their Woolworth's lunch counter.
...Perspective?

Making sure that Wall st and National banks die is my prerogative. If you support their system its your problem that we are killing something you have allegiance too.
Anyone being caught in traffic has known for over a week that today was a shutdown of the subways, banks, and the five boroughs protest.

You do realize you sound laughable right now...the whole nation is laughing at you. If you dont like capitalism gtfo. There are many socialistic countries that fit what you are looking for. (BTW they are all bankrupt)

I'm actually a sales person and a former store owner. I love capitalism.
I also do not hate the rich or successful.
How about you go watch inside job , frontline - the warning , get up to speed in the conversation and then spew your crap.
