I would guess it would have to do with rates of ownership vs. carrying permits.

Did armed citizens not usually "end" an incident by exchanging gunfire, but rather be a part of a developing incident until law enforcement showed up or the shooter committed suicide?

Just at first glance the Finnish firearms per capita is incorrect by the way, it's way off.

Why are those numbers so wrong? The wikipedia list on this has the exact same source...

What does 'Bonjwa' mean? I always thought it was someone who won 3 golden mouse's..
|
Nah, but the two things are loosely tied together. Bonjwa is a "title" that is not strictly defined, but I think generally given to someone who transcended the game and showed dominance for an extended period of time (thus won a lot). And even this doesn't quite fit as Flash was by many never considered Bonjwa (which led to the "God" title).

Asking what "Bonjwa" literally means is like asking what "Bad Ass" literally means.

A Bonjwa is a player who is just on another level to every other player for a long amount of time. The issue with Flash and JaeDong is that either would have been universally acclaimed to be a Bonjwa had the other not existed.

It's one thing to go around all proud with a gun at your side. It's one thing to shoot at a target in a perfectly controlled environment. It's another to (a) identify the danger (b) have enough calm to correctly analyze the danger (not all are worthy of shooting on the spot, eh) and (c) have enough skill to (successfully) stop the danger with your gun usage.

In terms of taking a shower with hot vs. cold water...
Hot water is preferred if you're going to shave afterwards, but cold water is better for your skin overall.
So if I'm trying to take good (better*) care of my skin (especially face) but I need to shave after my shower, should I be using cold or hot water?

Shave in the shower, finish cold.

To figure out the best order/ approach to a morning routine that includes facial cleanser/ shave/ aftershave/ shower.

Maybe from dreamhack winter sc2 grand finals 1958?
Judging from the amount of guns it must be in US. Yeah, so just go and check all the major sc2 live events in US in 1958, and you should find it. Can't be that many.
i tried the google reverse-image search, but got nothing. search result

Guys, would you do a humanities phd without a salary but paid fees, if you had the chance of doing it by distance? This means that you stay home and have a (paid) yearly trip to the uni. I had to withdraw from a phd because of home issues, but I would like to do it even if I can't leave home :/
