It's fucking ridiculous how sick I am of my entire fucking life. I have a great job, a pretty girlfriend who loves sex, and good insurance so that therapy for my anxiety is affordable and I don't have to resort to pills. But I still hate my entire life. I have always done what is responsible and intelligent - worked summers to support myself in college since mom is poor and dad had dementia before he died - transitioned directly from university into a job, got good grades, never committed even standard crimes (drugs, underage drinking, etc) - and as a result I feel like I've had no fun in my 24 years, I've only ever been outside the midwest twice. Even my girlfriend is me doing the right thing - she's pretty and I like her, but I'm good looking and funny enough to do better, but I stick with her because she's good to me, and I think that it's no good to judge people objectively like that. And I'm nice to people, and they don't deserve it. My last 2 girlfriends have ended it by abusing my trust and generosity and then lying to me. People through my entire life have taken advantage of the fact that I won't refuse a friend a favor, even if they have no intention or desire to return it, or really even be my close friend, ever. And I'm too fucking even-tempered to even be spiteful. I would demand the return of the $500 I gave my ex-girlfriend in an instant if I could bring myself to do it, seeing as how she used it to communicate with the guy she'd eventually be fucking around on me with. I would do it because I know she's too poor to repay it, and to watch her squirm, but I can't, I'm too chickenshit. And I feel shitty for feeling shitty. I have a good life. But I would trade it in an instant for a pretty, adventerous female companion and just enough money to buy train tickets and feed myself and wander for the rest of my life. tl;dr responsible life of good choices and being kind to others has led to a dull, unsatisfactory life of no adventure and being taken advantage of, and it's entirely and in every way my own fucking fault, and I hate it. | ||

I cannot stand people my age. There is nothing more pathetic than people who get dressed up and go out to drink at parties on a THURSDAY night. Thirsty thursday? More like look for another excuse to drown your miserable existence in alcohol. Holy fucking shit, people are so pathetic. Seriously, why? Why do you need to get wasted whenever you drink? More importantly, why do you have to go out every weekend to only drink? Why the fuck can't you do something else? Oh no, god forbid we do something that is not stereotypical of the typical college kid. Where is the fun in that? People can fuck off. I think the game is fairly balanced atm (near gm @ eu, former gm), but i still have some issues: TvP early-midgame is too unstable for P to build up a solid macro game. TvP lategame is too easy to control for P though compared to the terran site. makes the matchup balanced after all, but i dont enjoy playing it very much, cause especially in the ladder, often times both sites decide to better cheese in this matchup. The other, greater issue i have, is not the zergrace, but the ZERGPLAYERS. most of them are BM, they think they are heavily underpowered and keep allining and calling everything else OP. i hate it. their arguments are total bullshit, most of them keep playing 1 style (which they think is underpowered, no matter if their style is roach/hydra, muta or ling infestor based) but never tried the other styles to see if they fit them better - neither do most of them have a varity of strats. They were always the slowest race to discover their powers (while P bascially used all units besides warpprisms since the end of beta, zergs learned 1 year later that broodlords and infestors are viable units - better keep whining till someone gets smart). As i said, i atm concider the game farily balanced, id even go so far to say that 2 years from now, without any changes, zerg would become the strongest race of them all and P might fall behind slightly with terran in the mid. Just my thoughts, they keep winning and whining at the same time. €: @ the cloudxyz guy before me: i could never stand ppl at my age either, most of them were just so naive and stupid, but acutally thought they were smart doing what they did. i sometimes went out to party with them obviously, but they wouldnt even want to understand why some ppl are not willing to party 2 times a week just to drink as much as you can. Now that ppl grew up and think a bit differently about those times, and certain other (sad) things happened, I realize that those times were lots of fun and i prolly shouldve even went out more often strangely enough, even though i thought and still think it was stupid to some extend. But i agree - friendships shouldnt be build on going out to party whenever its possible without doing any other things together in your freetime. | ||
