+ Show Spoiler +Fuck you Firefly for not recognizing community talent. EVERY OTHER PC GAMING COMPANY hires people from the community except for you. It's not like you don't know we exist. You comment on the Stronghold Heaven forums ffs! You take about 300 of our best maps and put it into the rerelease, but why stop there? T_T hire ussssss because we made about 10 campaigns better than yours and especially better than Stronghold 2's!
Not to mention my maps didn't get in because they sent the email to my old email so they didn't get permission roanslgnsaklng *foams at the mouth*
That was a looooong time ago, but Stronghold 3 is coming out in September so I'm getting back into mapmaking. Haven't anticipated a game this much since, well, Starcraft 2.

+ Show Spoiler +FUCK BLIZZARD MAPS. SO FUCKING TERRIBLY DESIGNED. Zerg wouldn't even fucking QQ so much if they'd just have good maps. You know what is fucking SAD. The fact that Xel'Naga Caverns is considered a good map. IT IS A FUCKING GARBAGE MAP. But less garbage then Steppes so it is considered good. Stupid fucking natural. I scout reactor hellion harass. I prepare for it nearly perfectly. THE SECOND the Hellions arrive, my fucking Spine Crawlers pop. THREE OF THEM MOTHAFUCKAS POP. I WOULD OWN THE HELLIONS SO FUCKING BAD...but hurr durr open natural. Hellions run right through to my main with no damage taken. WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT SHIT. I react perfectly, but FUCK DAT ILL RUN TO YA BASE. Oh and I did use Queens to block, but my natural was blocked early on, so I had almost no creep to put the spines, so I put them in my only creep, right near the hatch. FUCKING STUPID OPEN NATURAL.

Why are they sooooo fucking afraid of playing a straight up game? They always have to proxy all of their tech, a fucking dt build works against the most things anyway, its not like you cant use the dts for archons. It puzzles me how these beings sleep well at night, I sincerely hope that each and everyone of those fucktards decides to stop being a game they wont appreciate.

And do you get a goddamn commission for how many stupid destructible rocks you can include on a map? Is it really necessary to make a fast 3rd a bitch to take? Just give us some decent maps for once!
And while we are on the topic of maps, what the fuck are the shitty season 1 dinosaur fail maps still doing on the ladder? Why the hell do I still have to veto Scrap Station and Delta Quadrant? Scrap was only even considered "good" back in its day because the Steppes and Kulas were still in the map pool. Jesus fucking Christ. I look forward to a day where I can play and not feel completely handicapped by the map pool

I have been in an on and off relationship with a girl for 3 years. It's been over for 6 months thankfully, and i've gotten over the pain(unlike a close friend who is going through the same thing now, but that's unrelated). about halfway throgh the 3 years in one of our longer on-stints, she came out and told me she was bi, and liked girls. I didn't really care, so long as it didnt affect teh relationship between her and myself. Fast forward through a few mini-breakups and back-togethers, she tells me that she's a lesbian, and that i'm basically keeping her from being her own girl. We still 'love' each other at this point, but since it's a long-distance thing, we finally agree to to have her talk to her dad about it, to see about a potential visit. no meant no, apparently, even though we had hid our relationship(s) for 3 years, so we had to break up. Later that night, she has sex with some girl, which is technically fine, but she wanted me to know for some reason. a few weeks later, she's slept with two other girls and is having relationship problems, and wants me to help. 'i still want to be friends' my ass. Now, she and i don't talk to each other at all, but, i'm kind of glad for it. I just feel so fucking useless and unwanted, and in general, i dont want to fucking go through that shit again. I dont want to be back on antidepressants like i have been since middle of junior year in high school up until a few months ago(makes me feel somewhat better that i dont need them anymore, but w/e). I just feel so fucking disinterested in dating chicks, or even (real)sex. Because then i would have to deal with feelings again. BRB, reposting this in the 'letting off steam' thread.

+ Show Spoiler +Honestly, this freaking community. There are some amazing people in it but as a whole the starcraft community acts like stupid, entitled, spoiled brats. As if blizzard or anyone else cares about your opinions. Buck up, blame the loss on yourself. Also, the community as a whole seems incredibly narrow-minded. Like your opinion is the ONLY one that is right ever. I hate that it is essentially O.K. to bash the United States with the way TL is moderated. I hate that the vocal minority is heard over the reasonable majority. I'm only a member of one other online community and they are a lot nicer as a whole, because they actually listen to each other and think they are entitled to as much as they can make themselves. And it is a great environment. But for some reason people think that just because they spent money on the game they have the right to whine obsessively about it because it is too hard for them to win. Goddamnit.
Rant on starcraft community.

I'm just literally fucking retarded when it comes to the mechanics of the other two races, and Terran isn't even that different! Even in team battles, I like to go Random now since I have the 1000 Team Protoss portrait, and I'm just fucking terrible with the other two races... which is doubly bad because Protoss is terrible in team games early on too...
