During todays ladder session I felt...so fucking slow. Last game I wasn't even carrying what was going on, I was just fucking terrified how awful my control had become, how I can't even move my hand correctly on the keyboard. Is this new chair with armrest that is making me miserable even more? Or am I just getting older and my hands don't listen to me. Like, I used to have no problem with F1-F4 through my bases, constructing pylons and additional gateways. Now I just...couldn't do it even at half of my old speed.

Does anybody else feel like these are worst maps we have had since WoL beta? Maybe its just cause I'm a protoss, but how the fuck and I supposed to defend three bases on any of these maps against terran?

Holy fucking shit what is this Wajam malware it just creeped out of nowhere. I fucking uninstall it and fucking fuck fuck it's showing up on some wikipedia articles but others it's not what is this shit how on earth did I get this I'ma wlays careful what the holy shit fucking damn it fucks what the fuck. I uninstall Wajam and it's still there and worse I try to find solutions but everything is just a huge monopoly of wajam advertising their anti Wajam malware removal services which makes your computer even worse and Wajam this and Wajam that. It stays on your computer forever duplicating itself on several folders weeks after, it never goes away like a cancer ready to pounce back after it's been called a total remission..

SOMETHING SO FUCKING UNFUCKABLE WHAT THE FUCKING FUCK JUST HAPPENED TODAY. There's always going to be some ignorant loser who tries to impose some effect online that they otherwise wouldn't have in real life to compensate for their self perceived inadequacies to make themselves feel better. Today I met one of those people. I was playing Micro Tournament, and usually the individual who I played against today and have on many occasions who I haven't taken a game off of yet just went full dumbass. Something in his mind snapped. At first everything was good, he was even approaching me first asking me if I wanted to play some games. I obliged and everything was merry until I did something that pissed him off to no end.
We were in a micro scenario where I had speedlings, and he had marines+scv's. I managed to kill all the marines with only a handful of lings, not enough to kill the scv's in a straight up fight but enough to win. I regenerated HP for the zerglings to kill the SCV's slowly whittling them down, easy. During this my opponent started off with a little foreboding of the greater storm to come by saying "You know what this reminds me of? To not.....," frequently cutting in and out until he goes full insane mode.
He says he is going to rape me and that I am never going to win a game of micro tournament against him and the game we were playing is the last game that he is "ever going to play" with me. He says a lot of things, mostly gloating on and on about his big dick skills in micro tournament. He's constantly telling me that he's the master, that I am just a nobody in not so nice words belittling me any way he can to make him the better man apparently.
This is an all too familiar scene that manifests itself in the big dick competitions in melee 1v1. A guy goes "play me 1v1 scrub. Look everyone, he's going to dodge." "I am going to rape you." "You are never going to beat me you sad sack of shit."
All of this is pointless, ALL OF IT. There's so much to say i'm so angry. Everyone likes to find their own corner of the world and their own little hobbies and interests in their niche, and sometimes people like to abuse their higher level of skill and experience and then start bashing on newbs claiming they are the better person and just how big their dick is and how easy it is to rape the newb. It's too dumb, what the fuck. You try to claim dominance, assert authority and aggressiveness over a video game and people get caught up in it to settle grudges and just who's more alpha when NONE OF THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE REAL WORLD. Is just game. Why heff be mad?
This same night I also had an epiphany about a group of people I play with and I felt I could articulate all of it well enough to get a sense of what's been on my mind. I play this rather obscure UMS map with some people, we only number under a dozen and are pretty experienced. However, the big problem that plagues the small community is the fucking disorganization and shit talking that goes on. There's so much pride and people always have to go "Fucking cheater," "breaking the rules," "WHAT THE FUCK TEAM KILL?," "What the fuck (insert name) why the fuck do you suck so much we lost cuz of you, bitch." It's never "Hey, that was a good game. I had fun playing," it's always some shit talk. The waiting times, my god. I've timed it and we're always trying to get the 6 slots filled for a 3v3. No one likes 2v2 because fuck if I know.
We've waited over 31 minutes just for a game to start. People are unresponsive, constantly alt tabbing to check on their Facebook to see how great other people's lives are and are not fucking moving a slot or whatever. Btw it's just fucking fuck clusterfuck. People are like "Call me when there are 5 people so when I get there I'll have to do as little waiting as possible" but then everyone gets into the mindset so they're all fucking waiting for the 5th member who never joins because it's a contradiction what the fuck. Then there are the players who are like "yo let me play this 3v3 I am so sure I can finish it before everyone is ready to play" or others who just don't care if they are making others wait on them.
This brings me to another point. In general people are bad and then you have rules, negative consequences for doing bad things that only hinder society to give incentive for people not to do bad things.If you kill someone, there's a consequence that you've gotta go to jail for however many years. In the group there is no fucking consequence and everyone is fucking and there is absolutely no incentive to not be late because you know when you finally get to the lobby you'll have 5 people who waited there for hours.
It's like what John Locke said. In the State of Nature no one ought to harm another in their life, property, or liberty. That's why a society with government, law, and order emerges to create consequence and order to punish those who do decide to transgress the law of nature and kill somebody. It's like that with the group. No law, nothing, it's just fucking chaos. The dude that was making us wait for fucking eons cuz he decided to join a game well after the game meant for the group had been made was like "the only incentive is to play." He's right. I'M LEAVING THOSE HOES.
Luckily, at the end of the day there was a reassuring voice among the clutter that plagues this world with its drudgery and shamness. It was someone who I knew. He was lenient, kind, not prideful. You would be comfortable to be around him and be yourself. Not like some gang where you'd have to constantly be tough to the bone. He gave me some advice and that was it.
I've been reading a lot of things, about atrocities people had done, really sad things of a level of cruelness and lack of human empathy you wouldn't think exists. AND IT'S FUCKING MISERABLE

I also find most of these maps pretty frustrating or just straight out shitty. like almost all the new maps could be maps basetrade tv did for silly archon mode tournament, its so annoying

If your average baneling bust is the equivalent of a swift kick in the nuts, my strategy of choice is to hold the other guy's throat until he can't throw punches anymore due to lack of air. I'm a patient person, and after a good half hour a lot of players start tilting harder. Which equates to me winning more. The later into a game you go, the less planned everything is, and then you see who's just following their favorite BO and who's thinking on their feet.
As for the stream, SC2 is lonely. Having a commentary and another 2 players playing (or just going somewhere to play with friends) is better for endurance  Or if it's a player stream, the clacking of the keyboard helps me keep my own APM up.

my analogy would be more along the lines of you just sitting there breathing calmly looking at all the pretty idle animations while the other guys breathes more and eventually just runs out of oxygen cus he actually has to do something intensive and difficult to win. this is assuming the *you* is a mech player and im just projecting my 10%winrate against mech on maps like cactus valley

Kinda sad LotV's gonna take away my magic immortals, I never liked playing against mech in BW and I love not having to play against it in SC2 (for now).
Luckily there's something about good mech players that makes almost all of them susceptible to a nice warp-in of Dark Templar.
