It's not impossible that there is a link between the Mossad and ISIS. They already used djihadists to kill civilians involved in the Iranians nuclear program.
maybe they are french inspired, since france needed a new way to bash America and Israel while at the same time getting rid of undesirable Arab immigrants that the French hate and fear.
Sure man it's about the french... Today's France is pro USA if you didn't understood. I'd never mix USA and Israel together btw.
Imo Isis work for itself, but it's not completly stupid to believe some third party provided some help or support to them believing that it could destabilize an opponent.

That comparison makes about as much sense as me saying that because the French secret service sank the rainbow warrior the French government was responsible for MH17. Conspiracy theories specifically thrive on these 'well its not out of the realm of ALL possibility and they did this thing that looks sort of like what is happening now if we strip out the context of the entire action'
"As the Islamic State has continued its shocking military advances throughout Syria and Iraq recently, much has been written about its seemingly unstoppable battle capabilities. But there's one force that has scored a number of successes against its forces: the Syrian Kurdish militia known as the People's Protection Units, or YPG.
Though originally linked to the Democratic Union Party (PYD), the most powerful Kurdish political party in Syria, the YPG is now seen as the armed force of all of Syrian Kurdistan. The PYD is also affiliated with the Kurdistan Worker's Party, or PKK, a group classified as terrorists by the US, the EU and Turkey, among others..."

No i don't believe anything at first until some more "evidence" is posted and i get a better view of the bigger picture . I am always sceptical on anything and end up forming an opinion as time goes by . I do like following news from different sources like Al Jazeera , RT , BBC ,CNN to see what their stand is . Evidence will probably leak afterwards as you read on history from a more neutral writers .
It seems the sunni hand of forgiveness would entail security and social administrations in the areas being raised to equal status as that of the government. That sounds like quite a decentralisation.
In the event this gets through it sounds like the locals are willing to drive out ISIS. The beep
It is quite a messy situation: Are the sunni leaders willing to suffer ISIS if their demands are not met? Are the sunni leaders strong enough to suppress ISIS? Will the current government sit on their hands and wait for EU and USA to arm the Kurds and bomb ISIS enough for them not to need acting?
It sounds like EU and USA are playing right into the hands of an unfortunate stalemate where the new Iraqi government do not need to actually do anything to cater to the sunni minority.

According to Al Arabiya (english) the resolution calls for: - A condemnation of ISIS abuses of human rights, their extreme ideology and breach of international law. - A condemnation of people trading with ISIS or Jabhat al-nusra. - Setting down the expert committee on al Qaeda to find out how to weaken them further within 90 days. - A call for all member countries to suppress the flow of foreign fighters, criminally sanction them and call for immediate withdrawal for those already participating as well as taking preventive measures against potential future fighters leaving for the area.
It is not a toothless resolution by any means, but a lot hinges on the al Qaeda committees recommandations in 3 months, when the situation is quite different.

If they want to stop ISIS they need to get Qatar and Saudi Arabian millionaires to stop giving money to terrorist charities. Which they wont because oil!
The European Union on Friday forged a unified response to the rapid advance of the Islamic State insurgency in Iraq and the resulting refugee crisis, allowing direct arms deliveries to Kurdish fighters battling the Sunni fighters, while several EU nations pledged more humanitarian aid.
The emergency meeting of the bloc's 28 foreign ministers in Brussels, called by France, marked a shift toward greater involvement in Iraq, following weeks during which EU governments mainly left the U.S. to dealt with the situation.
The 2003 U.S.-led Iraq invasion created a bitter rift across the EU, and the bloc has since been loath to get involved in the country. But armed fighters in Iraq and Syria who threaten to reshape the Middle East have raised the stakes by drawing Europeans to their ranks.
EU ministers pledged to step up their efforts to help those displaced by the advances of militants from the Islamic State (IS) group, with several nations announcing they will fly dozens of tons of aid to northern Iraq over the coming days.
"First of all we need to make sure that we alleviate humanitarian suffering," Dutch Foreign Minister Frans Timmermans told reporters. "Secondly, I believe we need to make sure that IS is not in a position to overrun the Kurds or to take a stronger hold on Iraq."
IS advancements have brought danger closer to European shores, with officials saying about 1,700 radical Muslims from France, Britain and Germany alone are believed to have joined them.
