I just googled for star destroyers of star wars. They are about a kilometer in length. I can´t comprehend how battlecruisers could be 9 times longer than a wedgelike ship . I just calculatored some numbers and my guesstimate would be 135 cubic kilometers give or take a dozen.
Thats 135 billion tons of stuff, if the stuff has roughly the weight of water.

There are some Star Destroyers that are significantly larger than that. Darth Vader's Executor Class Star Destroyer, for example, is 17,484 meters in length.
