I remember this was posted way way earlier in the thread and claimed it was an "open" training exercise and not any secret, meaning NK knew about it beforehand. See if i can dig up posts in this thread later, now: food.

Please do not blindly follow in the leash of the Yank media for unbiased news about this incident. THINK before posting about something you know little or nothing about. I'm sure they were. And where exactly did you hear that South Korea started it? No one from ANY country other than North Korea has said that. Wierd.

Just curiosu how exactly do they increase the countries wealth through these attacks? Dont sanctions completely destroy there economy after these attacks, and didn't a large portion of there population begin to starve because of harsh sanctions in the past and a horrible farm season. Serious question.

Nations like United States would believe that it would be inhumane to starve people in especially in NK since the nation is isolated in which is the reason why other nation donate supply to them. People in NK are forced to follow and brainwashed by their leader so don't blame them but blame the leader.

Or was this planned from the start to start conflict because North Korea has always seemed eager.... Yes, I have been thinking about the same question. This wasn't a show of technical power (nuclear tests) or military power (sinking a battleship). It was just and act of firing cannons into an island which had civilians living over there. I fail to see any reason in this.

I'm sick of hearing about their random attacks against SK and their random missle launches while the global community laughs at their faces. Eventually they're going to do something we can't laugh at and then we'll be sorry we didn't covertly assassinate their government... Sure. That's very easy to assassinate the government of a nuclear power. It's probably as hard to assassinate KJI without declaring an open war than to rob Fort Knox. Plus it's not very legal, and Bush administration that when US show their big muscles and start to violate international laws because "security first", it has very mixed result.

Although, honestly, I don't think you can consider "not letting people starve to death" as "increase countrys wealth". So this still backlashes on where it really hurts NK leaders, obviously its secondary if their people hunger to them
