This guy sells "immortality rings", and the mechanism by which they work is:
"The Immortality Rings have amplified your body's Chi flow from 100% to 1000%. Now there is lots of Chi energy available for healing. Your cells start to absorb medication and nutrients like crazy the moment you lie down. Your body heals itself faster than it can age."
What really funny is when he tries to give a scientific explanation and his lack of knowledge completely shows:
A swedish show "filip & fredrik" duo visited that guy a while back. He really believes in the product so its not really a scam I guess, anyway the topic kind of slipped away from the immortality stuff towards the fact that he was very big on purchasing prostitutes. Weird guy.
edit: he also thought he had gone from being a 5/10 to a perfect 10/10 looking guy thanks to the device.

I think it's all ridiculous and terrible that he's preying on other ignorant people, but for those who are stupid enough to fall into his trap...
It's like Peter Popoff or any similar act all over again. Terrible people exploiting the irrational.
I don't think he's genuinely trying to exploit anyone though. He seemed very childish, possibly retarded, and he's pretty much dedicated his life to these nonsense methods he sincerely believes to be a great invention. He's a sad individual but not so much a scammer.

I guess he will be very disappointed when he's laying on his deathbed.
This guy is just helping out humanity by weeding out the idiots. I'm sure all the rings have tracking transmitters so that if/when the alien overlords arrive, we'll be able to offer them as sacrifices.

LOL i also love his "patent": US PATENT # 5,989,178. Who would ever steal his design? lol
You obviously haven't heard of homeopathy, spiritual surgery, psychics or any other type of charlatan: this guy could make a lot of money. What's holding him back is his site design, not the actual underlying idea.
This has to be joke. There was a website a while back that was supposed to be a site where parents can marry off their 13 year old daughters to strangers with a lot of money. They justified it with some christian bullshit and had much of testimonials. People got really pissed at it, but then they realized its all bullshit and they got trolled. I'm assuming this website is along that line.
Reminds me of those sold on tv Q ray bracelets or whatever and I always think no one can be stupid enough to buy them but I swear every day I see atleast one person with it on.
Penn and Teller have a really good episode on this stuff. This guy unfortunately really isnt anyone unique. There will always be money to be made off scared people looking for hope.
Wow it's like I went back i time to 2001! lol. My friends and I used to laugh at this site all the time. I t was a running internet joke for a good long while.
You know what's really odd about this? His forum. http://chiu.19.forumer.com/index.php The general forum apparently has 30000+ posts. And they're all made by what, six people? None of these look like spam threads.

Looks like Chiu and friends have been using the forums as their FaceBook.

Anyone else depressed by this? Seems like a lonely guy trying to sell what he believes and can't find a woman to share his life with. Sad.
the best thing about that site is the forum they have there some gold topics from the front page of general
Nobody judges you if your a stripper nowadays Here is why I think Jews will run the government My government is not a church. I think Japan will start war with China
I do not understand the incredulity and/or amazement many of you appear to be displaying over this. How are the claims he is making any different from those made by any number of the myriad of modern religions? Wear this ring ---> eternal life vs. have this thought ---> eternal life. An (admittedly weak) argument could even be made that Chiu's claims are more legitimate, at least he has produced a physical object that supposedly performs the magic. Perhaps if his product somehow becomes successful and survives the test of time our descendants will be hailing Alex Chiu as a messiah hundreds of years from now.

Indeed, he is not in any way unique and/or spectacular. "Scared people looking for hope" have ever been part of the core adherents to any supposedly miraculous object or religious belief.
