i dont think the original drawer of the trollface would sue this guy, and even if he would, he would get little if any money from it.

Oh trust me. The easiest claim is not just to say "it's a small card, some random guy has". It is "in the public space people can meet MY drawing with some random coorperation (bank) name on it. I did not allow this - and who knows how many they made? If they made one, how can they guarantee they didn't make thousands?" - I worked like 6months just looking at how this system works.
Ofc, things might be different in Denmark - but overall the danish legalsystem does not pay that much money for anything - but this will most definately give quite a few thousand danish kr. I'd say at least 3000€-6000€/card issued.
