Thing is, I couldn't find a semi-decent nickname. I was thinking about one at school PC lab and came up with this below-semi-decent one after thinking about less time than the average thinking time about one liner LR thread posts. Well, at least the actual thinking time was that long, I spent remaining portion of 10 minutes time (of choosing my nickname) on thinking about more useless things than b.net sc2 balance threads.

References:
1- I play zerg.
2- Zerglings are my favorite units.
3- The fact that I'm holding onto my terran portrait is, well, I don't know. I'd rather call eccentric.

Well i used to go by EzO in counterstrike , during the beta of sc2 i was known as StarScreaM and also eZoGooD , ezo kinda sounds like HE SO so i went with EZOGOOD (HEZ SO GOOD) lol but I wanted something different with the 1 name change we got so I went with something that kinda somes up me SeizeTheDay something I like to do very much so I went with that, also i plan on getting a tattoo that says Seize The Day not carpe Diem like everyone asks me lol and not the a7x song also. in fact i really dont like a7x :D

At first my names were a bunch of childish fantasies ^_^
Then I started playing Broodwar. The main thing that stuck out to me was how fast one could lose the game when not paying attention at a crucial moment.
So, I changed my alias to CrUcIaL_MiStAkE.
LOL, what was I thinking?

In the end, after I grew up a bit more, I realized that people only used the first part of that name, so I stuck with it.
For some reason just 'Crucial' was taken :/

Ingame my ID is Goat. Reason for this name on TL is because i couldn't use Goat.

my first name was actully Wartas, back when i played WoW but then i tryed to make a char on a server with some freinds that naem was denied and then i called my self somethign with Goat, because my last name is Gjeitnes, and the first part of that name means Goat, and since i made that char in WoW it just stuck around and i got called it everywhere i went even IRL.

I have gone by many names recently, Nightcrawler, Bandersnatch, TamZor etc, but they all have a story. Nightcrawler was my favourite X-Men character from the moment I saw him, but that ID is usually taken when trying to register something. So I moved on to Bandersnatch, which was more often than not taken. The Bandersntach was a favourite character from Lewis Carrolls book, I used to love coming up with concept art for him, since he wasn't based off an already depicted creature. Up until Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland, that is. Although I liked that bandersnatch anyway

But then I learned a little trick - if your ID is taken, quite often putting an 'A' infront of something is slightly more original.
TamZor is my B.net name, and it started off as a joke about how nerdy I was and combining my first name with epicly nerdy second half. (I'm not that nerdy)

Played CS with WC3 mod, picked Human and always used invisibility to camp at the map. Was then called "Sorcerer" by some Brits at a public server. Started using it as a nickname but my Swedish friends didn't know how to pronounce so they just called me "Sorc" which then led to the Swedish word for Vole, "Sork" and eventually "Sorken". After getting tired of it I switched to "Sorkoas" which some friends of mine had been using for a while.

I also sometimes use the nick "Krösus" from the cartoon Bamse and the antagonist character "Krösus Sork" (Croesus Vole).

Krösus Sork ("Croesus Vole") is an evil capitalist; born as a banker's son he was forced to play second fiddle to his brother Slösus (rough translation "wasteus") who couldn't put a foot wrong. After Slösus later won a lottery (ticket no 88), Krösus forged his own ticket (no 89), switched the tickets, claimed Slösus' prize and let the unknowing Slösus get detained for forgery while coming to pick up his prize. Slösus was devastated to discover the truth after his release and they had a falling out. Meanwhile Krösus built up his fortune with blood money and let his 'cousins' do the dirty jobs. While Krösus has on occasion showed some small shred of conscience, he is still by far the most amoral and ruthless of the comic's villains; willing to do just about anything for profit.

This is also from poker started by friends making fun of me. =D

I played a little Warcraft when I was younger and my ID was always something along the lines of

In Starcraft (and being considerably older now), I decided to go for a less aggressive approach, hence MeowMeow.

Sometimes people ask me what it means and whether it's Korean, I'm always flustered and try to explain it's how cats talk to each other.

i had to choose one when warcraft 3 came out but i had no idea. a friend of mine had superolijf (olijf is dutch for olive) as name beacause his real name was olivier, which means olivetree. He suggested superneon, super because then we had a sort of clan name (hey we were 12, it was cool back then) and neon because it consist of letters of my name. I kept it all the while, even with the super in it

I been using DjKniteX since 2004 (Dj Knite X in some variations) because I'm a DJ now, and I used a variation of the word Knight because of the rap scene back then.. Lol.. then there's the X which is the first letter of my last name
